In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce esconde la opción de elegir tipos de productoThanks for getting back @vaneq!
As my colleague had mentioned, if you’re using the latest WooCommerce version and this issue still persists, you will want to do a conflict test. This will help identify where the cause of the problem.
Therefore:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty Two
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Check whether you can see the dropdown to select products correctly
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the steps above, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Let us know how it goes.
Sounds good!
I’d say that as the next step, reach out to the plugin author once you narrow down to the culprit. But you can also let us know what you find.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] PaginationHi @vcgmotion,
Thanks for getting back!
The dots serve as a split between your first and last page numbers, for easier navigation.
The cut-off starts at 5, and it goes all the way to the last 3 numbers.
Examples:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/R36Ilz
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/CrGxb3Therefore, it’s not arbitrary that #5 has been cut off, that’s the expectation if you have more than 7 pages of products.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/BehijpTo change this default behavior, you will need to use custom coding. While we do not offer custom coding assistance, you can check with customizations experts here – https://woocommerce.com/experts/.
We’ll also leave this thread open for a bit in case another person in the community can help out with the customization required.
Thanks.
Thanks for getting back @daipeng456!
Compared to before the condition, so fast very! What happend? plugin conflict?
If you’re seeing better speeds compared to when you had all the other plugins were active, then it is likely that one of those plugins were causing the slow speeds.
In order to find which one, you will want to reactivate them one by one and then check if the slow speeds recur. That way, you will find the culprit.I just want to use the LaunchFlows plugin to implement the one-page checkout function, please give me suggestions,
Note that since the LauchFlows plugin is a third-party plugin, we may not be able to offer a lot of advice about using it for a one-page checkout feature.
But if you’re still looking around, do check the One Page checkout extension as well. If you need assistance with this one, you can reach out here.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Plugin conflict with Paybright PluginThanks @fmh999 for getting back.
I understand that you were able to solve the issue by using a different plugin, and that’s great to hear.
Just to highlight, since you mentioned that our Stripe plugin has a conflict with the Paybright Plugin, the recommended next step is to reach out to the authors of Paybright Plugin to check on this. Here’s their support forum – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/paybright/
Many thanks.
Hi Kristin!
I need to update 3 products with new Titles & permalink in Woocommerce, so was wondering then HOW I just resync these 3 products ONLY ?
Whenever you update a WooCommerce product with changes, the affected product is automatically synced again to Facebook. Therefore, once you make the changes you’ve mentioned to the three products, an automatic sync will happen to update them on Facebook.
Also then as I am changing the Permalink and NOT just the product title, therefore as we have 15 variations and when I’m in Edit Product in Woocommerce, each variation in the Individual Product has a Variation ID I see, then HOW does it work when it syncs please?
How will this affect my Permalink in Woocommerce & Facebook Shop ?
When you make changes to the permalink of your product on WooCommerce and update the product, this change will be synced to Facebook. Thus, the permalink for the product will be updated on Facebook as well, and visitors will be given the updated product link.
I hope this clarifies, but let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks.
Hi @adhamammar3,
It seems that you’re affected by this bug – https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2148.
It is still being looked at, but currently, our developers have offered this workaround: disconnect the WooCommerce integration app on Facebook and then reconnect it – https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2148#issuecomment-1134605655.
Could you try this and let us know how it goes?
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Force user to select shipping method before checkoutThanks for the added clarification.
Regarding the dropdown, you might want to check with the authors of this plugin whether have such an accommodation when the filter is applied. – Ask them if no shipping method is selected by default, they can have “no shipping method” selected by default.
Here’s their support forum – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woo-shipping-display-mode/
Lastly, I see that indeed you have quite a number of shipping methods. Since these seem to be shipping methods for different regions in Israel, could you set up different shipping zones for the different regions?
Also, note that from WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping, you can also choose to hide shipping costs until the customer enters an address.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Force user to select shipping method before checkoutThanks for the update!
I’ve checked your site and it seems that a default shipping method is now not being selected, which is the expectation after using the filter:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/NPuWcXJust to mention, you may want to clear your browser cache or test using an incognito window to see if everything is okay on your end.
Let us know if we can assist with anything else.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Listing products generates server errorOK, I’ll remove the plugin and reinstall it and maybe it will then find everything it’s expecting of it’s own code. But before doing so I need to have all the ducks in a row to ensure it goes as smoothly (fast) as possible as it is a live site.
Sounds good, @steveszm! This should resolve the action scheduler issue.
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Force user to select shipping method before checkoutThanks, @saadkkhan for getting back.
I can see that you have the plugin Shipping Method Display Style for WooCommerce: by theDotstore – 3.7.5.
This might be changing how the shipping methods appear, making them dropdowns instead of radio buttons as my colleague explained above. I also see this on the plugin’s description page:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/5MF6pdThat said, could you try disabling this plugin? From there, could you kindly check whether the shipping methods are shown as radio buttons and if the filter to deselect a shipping method by default also works?
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooPayments: Integrated WooCommerce Payments] Setup in test modeHi @shivamcedcoss12,
From the screenshots that you’ve shared, it seems that you’re in the account creation process. Further, it looks like your account was created in live mode.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce will not install on my websiteHi @thcbulksupplies!
I understand that you’re running into a fatal error when installing WooCommerce.
Kindly try the following:
* Important: First make sure that your server meets these requirements – https://woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/
* Next, disable all other plugins on your site, and switch to a default WP theme like 2022
* Try installing WooCommerce from Plugins → Add newIf the same error persists, please share with us any errors that you see or that you find on your server.
We have a guide with more info here – https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/#section-2.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Many repeated requestsHi @ofmarconi,
Is it normal for the plugin to make dozens and dozens of repeated requests?
It seems normal for the plugin to make that number of requests, here’s an example of what I have on my site – https://d.pr/i/rISMIw.
Thanks.
