We have fixed the issue and released the plugin.
The latest version is 1.0.13.
Please take an update.

AbdullahHello @inside,
Make sure for the free version you have to manually add the header names to the Google Sheet.
And the headers names must be exactly same as the Form field names without any extra spaces or character.
Refer our step by step documentation.
Hope this helps. Let us know.
Thanks
AbdullahHello @monadas,
Can you check up for the error under the plugin logs and let us know to further guide you with the issue?

AbdullahHello @alvarogois ,
Thanks for getting in touchWhile checking in the latest version, we didn’t noticed such issues, may be it happens due to google quota limit issues, you can refer to this
https://www.gsheetconnector.com/how-to-fix-missing-entries-caused-by-google-quota-limitsYou can also enable the debug log and check out

Can you please open up a ticket at our support for further guidance?
Thanks
AbdullahHello @mohobook,
After re-authentication, have to fetch the sheet details again?
If you have fetched and still not showing the sheets in the list then let us know which PHP and WordPress version you are using.
Thanks
AbdullahHello @franciscoalfredomarcos,
Thank You for getting in touch.
Can you confirm your integration is showing active under the Integration tabs? While authentication you must give Google Sheets and Drive permissions.
Refer below Documentation
https://support.gsheetconnector.com/kb/wpforms-gsheetconnector-plugin-settings-free-versiononce the authentication is showing active, then check after adding correct Sheet Name and Sheet Id, Tab Name and Tab Id, then only all your form submissions will be saved to the connected sheet.
If everything is correctly added and still entries are not showing in the sheet, then please enable the debug logs from your site and let me know with the errors.
I guess this might have happened due to the Google Quota limit also.
Let me know more.Thanks
AbdullahHello @hotelwww,
Thanks for the confirmation that latitude and longitude are still not saved with negative and positive.
Can you email us at helpdesk@gsheetconnector.com and the temp staging site to take a closer look and help you further?
Thanks
AbdullahHi @hotelwww,
Due to security reasons, we have removed those characters but
Have you tried the following
Format -> Number -> Custom Number Format as -##.##########
Let us know if that doesn’t work.
Also, please let us know which type of Field ( Number, text ) you are using for the latitude and longitude data and which third plugin you are using for it.
Thanks
Abdullah
