Hello @bharti18
Thanks for getting in touch,
As CF7 do not save the attachment files anywhere, therefore we allow to save the file in uploads under custom directory and then show the links of attachment into the sheet, and this is available in the PRO version of the plugin,
In FREE version, you’ll get the filename to be saved in Google Sheet,Hope this helps!
Feel free to let us know if have any questions or required any further help. Thanks
AbdullahHello @openintro
Thank you for reaching out, happy to clarify this for you.At the moment, this addon plugin syncs only completed form submissions from WPForms to Google Sheets in real-time. The Form Abandonment Addon in WPForms captures partial form entries (where a user starts filling out a form but doesn’t submit it) and stores those abandoned leads internally within your WordPress site.
Since these abandoned leads are saved before the form is actually submitted, they don’t trigger the standard submission event that GSheetConnector listens for to send data to your Google Sheets.
Hope this helps!
Thanks

Hello @harrymcvey
Thanks for reaching out and for using the Google Sheet Connector for Forminator! At the moment, the plugin doesn’t natively support repeating field groups or repeater fields in Forminator. When a form with repeating groups is submitted, only the first set of fields gets mapped and sent to the Google Sheet — this is a known limitation.
We’re actively exploring ways to improve compatibility with repeater fields in a future update. In the meantime, as a workaround, you might consider restructuring the form to collect multiple entries in separate fields or using a multi-step form setup.
I’ll note your request as feedback — it’s genuinely helpful to know what features users need most.
Thanks again for bringing this up, and if you have any other questions or suggestions, feel free to share!

In reply to: [GSheetConnector for Forminator Forms] The google account gets disconnectedHello @luxworx
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re facing this issue. This usually happens when the Google authentication token expires or permissions are revoked by Google due to inactivity or security settings. Here’s what you can try:
- Re-authenticate your Google account, making sure to grant all the required permissions for both Google Sheetsand Google Drive.
- Click ‘Save Auth Code’ after authentication.
- Also, check your Google Account’s security settings to see if third-party app access is restricted or if permissions for the connected app were removed.
- If you’re using any security plugins or firewall rules on your site, make sure they’re not blocking the outgoing connection to Google APIs.
Let me know if this helps — happy to assist further if needed! 👍
Thanks
AbdullahHello @developeresfera
Apologies for the delay in responding!First, please make sure you’ve granted permission for both Google Sheets and Google Drive during the authentication process. After that, don’t forget to click ‘Save Auth Code’ once you paste the authentication key.
Alternatively, you can try this:- Deactivate the plugin.
- Reactivate it.
- Authenticate with Google again, making sure to allow all required permissions.
- And finally, click ‘Save Auth Code’ to complete the setup.
Hope this helps — let me know how it goes! 👍
Thanks
AbdullahHello @mstr3kyoto
Thanks for reaching out and sharing the error details — happy to help. This issue usually occurs if the necessary permissions weren’t granted during the initial authentication process. Here’s what you can do to resolve it:
- Check App Permissions in Your Google Account:
Go to https://myaccount.google.com, navigate to Data & Privacy → Apps and Services, and look for the GSheetConnector app.
Confirm that it has access to both Google Sheets and Google Drive. - Remove and Re-Authenticate:
If the permissions don’t appear correctly, or just to be safe, you can remove the app from that list. Then, head back to your plugin settings and re-authenticate with your Google account — making sure to grant all requested permissions. - Save the Auth Code:
After successful authentication, be sure to save the auth code in the plugin settings. - Clear Old Logs:
To make troubleshooting easier, clear the existing debug log and then try submitting the form again to see if a fresh log is generated without the same error.
That should resolve the issue — but if it persists, feel free to send us a fresh debug log and we’ll be glad to take another look.
Looking forward to your update!
Best regards,
Abdullah@ilarsf
We’ll give an update in next release with New API details to avoid the issue of google quota!

Thanks for getting in touch,First, Can you confirm that in Integration tab Connection is showing active? and also have you updated with the latest version of the plugin?
If showing active with the latest version of the plugin, then try deactivating the plugin and then activate the plugin and then deactivate the auth from integration tab and re-authenticate with the google along with drive and sheet permissions and let us know if this helps! Thanks
