It looks you are using the Betheme for your website, therefore its actually based on like how you have created a header, if you are using header like this then follow the videoOtherwise, the basic settings would be available in
Appearance –> Customise options

I am Also having the same error on streaming video, I have Solved it,
Looked at this link and video given below.

2. Create a Connection, Enter your Amazon Access Key and Secret Access key then test a connection,
If Not works, Create a New Key using amazon s3, Security CredentialsEnter New Key and it works,
Try it, I am Sure this works, to solve your issues..
