Hello @jh-estudio,

Do you mean you are not able to see the settings or the headers or the data is not getting saved to the connected Google Sheet?

If settings are not displayed then make sure you have successfully connected with your Google Account.

And For the free version you have to manually add the header names to the Google Sheet. The headers are the form field label name.

Hello @pilpoele,

May we know which other CF7 add-ons you are using along with GSheetConnector?

As the error doesn’t show anything related to GSheetConnector and also we are not using wpcf7_add_shortcode anywhere in our code.

Also, hope you are using the latest version of the plugin.

The error doesn’t trace the exact error.

Can you enable the WordPress Debug and let us know the exact error printed regarding the GSheetConnector plugin?

Also can you create a support ticket for further discussion?

Hello @skt126,

Checkout the plugin logs error by clicking the Debug View button from the Integration page and let us know.

If the logs are blank then enable the WordPress Debug and check for any conflict error.

Can you just have CF7 and GSheetConnector plugin as an activated plugin and check? There seems to be conflict with some other plugin.

I don’t see any google ads in the header of the site, looks like there would be cache issue on your side, You are also using WP Super cache on your site, therefore delete the cache and check it out in private window.
