Hi @demomann,
Let’s see if there might be a conflict with another theme or plugin to check that the issue is from Awesome Support and Ultimate Member. Please switch to a default WP theme. If the issue continues, deactivate your plugins one by one until the issue disappears, and leaving only the Awesome Support and Ultimate Member plugins on.
Regards.
Hi @hakkow,
I sent a report to the developers to research this. Also, did you try to test whith that amount of products in your dev site? Is it possible for you to replicate it?
Thanks.
You can check first if there might be a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Please deactivate your other plugins one by one until the issue disappears. The last you deactivate might be the one that conflicts with Awesome Support.
You can also check our incompatibility list:

Our plugin was tested in the latest WP version and works well by our side.

Hi @mkhloyan,
We don’t have in our services that option and personally I don’t know any plugin that would do this so far.

Hi @jeanettekwok,
Unfortunately you can’t import just the tickets. You would need to move the whole DB over to the new site.

Hi @stefanpieter,
We apologize for this experience with us. I repied on each topic you asked so please reply them.
Thanks.
Hi Marcel,
you can go to the ticket list in the back end, click on the “Screen Options” that are on the top right side of the screen, there you can see the pagination field, where you can find the number of tickets per page.
Regards.
Hi @stefanpieter,
When you mean a form do you mean the ticket submission form? Please try to deactivate your other plugins and switch to a default theme to check if the issue continues.
Let us know your results.
Regards.

Hi @beppesan,
Try to go to Tickets – Settings, Advanded tab and scroll down until you fin the Attachment overrides section. Check the “Do not mask attachment links” box. This will only work for new tickets and not for the existing ones.

Hi @nadavbf1,
You need to install the User Role Editor plugin. Once installed, go to Users – User Role Editor, choose the role you need to add the Support User capabilities and click on save.
These are the capabilities needed to allow existing users to create a ticket:
