I saw your screenshot and it seems like there is a conflict with another plugin or theme, so please switch to a default WP theme and check if the issue disappears. If not, please deactivate your other plugins one by one until you can see the reply field.

You can use the 6th option from that article. You can create a form that allows the user to choose their agent and a ticket will be created with that agent name. When the ticket is created, the agent will receive a notification. Here is more information about the Gravity Forms add-on:

Check in the agents’s profile if they have the “Can be assigned” box checked on the “Awesome Support: Preferences” section. Also, you can choose your default agent by going to Tickets – Settings – General tab in the first field.

If it shows in the back end as closed and in progress in the front end, this might be caused by your theme. Please switch temporarily to a default WP theme and check if the issue continues. Also, deactivate your other plugins and activate one by one to see if one of them might cause this conflict.

Does it only happen with one person or one role (agent and/or administrator)? Also, try to deactivate your plugins and activate one by one to see if there might be a conflict there. Plus, Switch the theme to a basic WP theme.

I tried to replicate your issue in my test site and it works fine, so could you contact your host provider and check that there is no issues in the folder where you store attachments? Also, you can try to deactivate attachments mask by going to tickets – settings – Advanced tab, scrolling down until you find the attachment overrides section and check the Do Not Mask Attachment Links. This will only work for new tickets.

Regarding the profile picture, does it also happen when the plugin is disabled?
When you say “Also some images in the post are missing sometimes”, do you mean with picture attachemts?
Try to clear your browser cache as well and thanks for any additional information you can share.

First, check that when you go to tickets – settings – general tab and go to the Notification button section, you check the Enable box. This should be shown in the ticket details page in the front end. IF the issue continues, switch to a defaul theme and check if the button comes back.
