    Hello Awesome Support,

    the auto assign system to support agent seems to has stopped working

    how can I reactivate it?

    Hi @cristianozanca,

    Check in the agents’s profile if they have the “Can be assigned” box checked on the “Awesome Support: Preferences” section. Also, you can choose your default agent by going to Tickets – Settings – General tab in the first field.
