Large amount of products crashes plugin

    Hello,

    For a Woocommerce webshop with more the 30.000 products we installed this plugin.
    On the development environment it ran fine, but in production (with 30.000+ products) the plugin hangs when requesting the ‘create ticket’ page. Specifically when running the function submission_form_fields();

    I disabled the products feature and tried to delete all synced products, but this causes a timeout after a while.

    What to do?

    Hi @hakkow,

    I sent a report to the developers to research this. Also, did you try to test whith that amount of products in your dev site? Is it possible for you to replicate it?
