Hi,

I installed the plugin and finish the setup. But all my website pages are redirected to homepage after the plugin are activated.

Is this plugin are not compatible with my wordpress version? my version is 5.4.2, betheme child theme.

Any idea for this issue?

Hi @provintellkelvin,

You can check first if there might be a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Please deactivate your other plugins one by one until the issue disappears. The last you deactivate might be the one that conflicts with Awesome Support.

Our plugin was tested in the latest WP version and works well by our side.
