Yes please, keep it disabled and monitor it. It should make a difference. Now if that difference is enough to keep the errors away, only time will tell 🙂
Have a nice day and stay safe 🙂
Can you please disable the “Enable chat dashboard and notifications on all admin pages” option and see if that makes any difference? I suspect that the plugin may be generating more requests than what your server/site is configured to handle thus you get those errors. Keep in mind that we are already working towards optimising the plugin for performance in upcoming releases.
– Are you using the On-Premise or the Cloud mode? (You can find this under Settings -> Advanced Features)
– Do you have the option “Enable chat dashboard and notifications on all admin pages” enabled?Hi @cstvinfo ,
There is no PRO version, the plugin is completely FREE!
Have you started experiencing these errors after installing this plugin? If you disable it do they go away?

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Backend Chat page refreshingHi @thetishbyte ,
The request you are referring to in your second post is indeed originating from our plugin. Your initial post did not contain information regarding the request body, only the endpoint. I said that it didn’t originate from our plugin because _fs_blog_admin=true is definitely appended by something else. Now that you have included the post body I can confirm it’s from the plugin.
We are aware of this issue and working towards optimising the plugin’s performance in upcoming releases.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Offline Message Delete not workingHi @thetishbyte ,
Sorry for the delay. Indeed it seems that there’s an issue with deleting offline messages. It will be addressed in an upcoming release.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Backend Chat page refreshingHi @thetishbyte ,
It is not WP Live Chat that makes the requests to admin-ajax.php?_fs_blog_admin=true but rather another plugin you are using (or maybe the theme).
If I recall correctly there was another case similar to yours and the user had a security plugin installed which was initiating those requests and page refreshing. (not related to the link you posted).

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] License key issueHi @rohitpurswani04 ,
It seems that you are using an old version of this plugin as manually specifying a license key in the settings has been removed long time ago.
Please update to the latest version for enhanced performance/security and stability. Keep in mind that:
– The plugin is now 100% free so there is no PRO version
– Some features may have been removedAlways take a backup of your database/files before updating.
Hi @goelsewhere ,
I am really sorry for that, however we cannot offer any help as this section is dedicated to the WP-Live Chat by 3CX plugin support.
You’ll need to post this in a support forum of WordPress such as https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Hi @awrx1023 ,
This is certainly not normal. Have you tried logging in from an incognito window just to test?
Can you access it via a direct link? (WEBSITE_URL/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wplivechat-menu-settings)

Sorry for the delay.
We are currently looking into this and will get back to you as soon as possible.
It seems that you are using a custom Color scheme. Navigate to Settings -> Styling. Check the palette colors.
You might have done the changes some other time but didn’t show due to caching.
Hi @noclip27 ,
Simply put: Yes, two agents can be online even if you are the only admin because being an admin is not a requirement or a restriction to be an agent.
As I already mentioned in my previous reply, an agent does not necessarily need to be an admin. Navigate in your WordPress dashboard to Live Chat -> Settings -> Agents and check whether any other user(s) is assigned the “agent” status.
Also, in some rare occasions switching between online and offline mode multiple consecutive times (indicator at the top) could result in showing a single agent being logged in multiple times.
Hi @noclip27 ,
Glad you like our plugin!
Showing two agents online is definitely not an indication of being hacked.
We are not aware of any security issue in the plugin that would such malicious activity to be possible (new user creation etc). Having said that, the easiest way of checking if anything is out of the ordinary is to check if there is any unknown/newly registered user under WordPress dashboard -> Users. You mentioned that you are not the only administrator. But are you the only agent? To be an agent you don’t necessarily need to be an admin!
I would recommend checking a bit the WordPress users, a well as the assigned agents in WP-Live chat by 3CX settings.
Have a nice day and stay safe 🙂
Hi @menathor ,
Currently that isn’t available I am afraid. The existing webhook functionality allows you to “ping” an endpoint upon agent login, start of a chat etc but not send any data to it.
