WP Rocket (or any other caching plugin of course) could certainly play a role in this. Please monitor it and let us know if the problem persists.
By the way are you using the On-Premise or Cloud chat mode?

A “PRO” version of the plugin no longer exists. It is now 100% Free.
In order to install the latest version you need to remove the PRO plugin and install the new version from the WP Plugin repository.
As always, before updating, take a backup/snapshot of your site/db just in case you need to revert.
It is highly recommended to install the latest version to take advantage of the enhanced security and performance. Since you are using a pretty old version of this plugin, keep in mind that some features may have been removed.

This is true for all integrations as the plugin does not currently have such capability.
Out of curiosity, what exactly is that you are trying to achieve with the integration?

There currently isn’t a standalone desktop/mobile app for this. The only way is via the WordPress dashboard.

I can’t advise whether it is expected or not because there is no fixed number of requests per period of time. A site might have 10 requests, another might have 50 or 500. It depends on the traffic and setup of the site etc.
We are looking into improving/optimising the agent side. Will keep you posted 🙂
