Hi Dave,
The short answer is that both work together. Are you using Falcon Cache? Here’s a document that may help:

Hi,
Do you have Falcon or Basic Cacheing enabled? If so, does disabling them temporarily help? Also, have you checked on multiple browsers or emptied the cache on the browsers you are using to check the site?
Thanks,
BrianHi Greg,
Have you tried the steps listed here? They can help with this issue too.

Hi,
Please try the following: On the Wordfence Options page, try turning on “Disable config caching”, save the settings and try a new scan.
-Brian
The URL parameters are used for the Live Traffic feature, using an inline script on each page. If you do not use this feature, you can turn off “Enable Live Traffic View” on the Wordfence options page, and the script will no longer load.

Hi,
Just want to confirm you have tried this suggestion:
If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend removing Wordfence and table data and reinstalling. You can export out your settings if you’d like to keep them.

Hi,
It should be fine to delete the old plugin. If you do leave both plugins installed, make sure they do not have features turned on that overlap with each other. For example, don’t have a firewall enabled on both plugins at the same time. Pick one or the other.

Hi,
Do you have Falcon Cache enabled in Wordfence?
-Brian
Is the “old email” setup in the Settings for WordPress itself?
-Brian
I think you should be fine with the captcha plugin. I’m not familiar with the S2 plugin but did a search and found an older post which may have some good info for you:

Finally, when using security plugins don’t enable the same feature on multiple plugins. For example if you have two plugins that have a firewall, only enable one plugins firewall.

In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall, Malware Scan, and Login Security] WPTouchHi Phil,
I’m assuming you’re following the instructions provided by the WPTouch folks? I looked at them and it looks like they have everything covered. Are you using the Falcon cache feature of Wordfence?

Hi,
What browser are you using? Have you tried in another browser?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall, Malware Scan, and Login Security] wp_wfHitsYes, you can delete the Wordfence database if you’ve removed the plugin. For future reference, when you disable Wordfence there is an option to clear all table data which will remove all of the database tables.
Hope that helps,
BrianHi,
Process of elimination works best in this case. If you suspect a plugin conflict, then disable all plugins but Wordfence. See if you still have the issue and if not, start activating plugins one at a time until the conflicting plugin is identified.

Hi,
The default lock is 5 minutes. If you want to block permanently, look under Blocked IP’s while the IP is locked during the 5 minute and select Block Permanently. You can also type in the IP address at the top of the Blocked IP’s page to manually block.
