You could try to whitelist your IP in IPv6 format. There are websites that will let you input the IPv4 address and will then convert to IPv6.

Hi,
All you should need to do is delete the Wordfence folder via FTP. Then you will regain access to your site.

Hi,
Are you getting the same message in a different browser?

Hi,
Those are flash files. Are you using a flash player on your site? Here’s where to start with cleaning your site.

Hi,
The owner would definitely need read/write. Looks like you’re currently at 444. Try 644 to start (rw-r–r–).

Hi,
mod_fcgid is an Apache error. Are you seeing that referenced in the Wordfence logs? It could be caused by any number of things.
Try disabling all plugins and see if you still get a database connection error. Check that your database credentials are correct, and finally try a MySQL repair.

Hi,
That error is usually correct. On the Diagnostics page, run a memory test. Does it pass? Also, search for memory on the Diagnostics page. What are the settings listed?
Thanks!
BrianHi,
Just to make sure, have you setup the WAF with the SiteGround specific instructions?

Hi,
It may be a conflict with another plugin that is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress. To troubleshoot, disable all plugins. Enable Wordfence and see if the problem persists. If not, enable each plugin until the offending plugin is located.
Thanks,
BrianHi,
Try deleting the configCache.php file. You’ll need to FTP to your site and then delete.

BrianYes, that is a good solution. Glad you got it working!

Hi,
I checked with our developers and got this response:
File locking in PHP doesn’t work over NFS, so that’s why you’re seeing that error message. Depending on your setup, you can edit the wordfence-waf.php file to the
WFWAF_LOG_PATHto any directory you’d like, so another non-networked partition should work. It just needs to be writable by the web server. As always, make sure to make a backup before changing any files.

Hi,
Wordfence normally plays just fine with the products you mentioned. Do you get any error messages or does it just hang? Does the scan complete when you disable W3 Total Cache? Do you have Falcon Cache enabled? If so, disable it if you are also using W3 Total Cache.

Hi,
Turning off Live Traffic should empty the stored data. The information is stored in wp_wfhits, so if you are comfortable with MySQL you can try emptying there. Not recommended or supported though.
Thanks!
