Hi,
There is a new maintenance release out today which I suggest trying (6.0.23). If there is still an issue after the update, please report back.
Thanks!
BrianHi,
A new version was released today. Please try updating to see if that resolves your issue.
Thanks!
BrianHi,
If the checkbox to remove Wordfence data is not working, you probably have permissions issues with your database. You could try manually removing the Wordfence tables and then doing a clean install.

Hi,
I’d recommend taking a look at the System Requirements first. It also talked about multi-site installs.

Hi,
Since you’ve purchased the Premium version, please go to support.wordfence.com and open a support request. Due to forum rules, we are not allowed to troubleshoot paid products on this site.
Thanks!
BrianHi Erik,
It doesn’t appear that it is functioning on your site. Will you try removing Wordfence and table data and try reinstalling the plugin? If you have any settings you want to keep, you can export before uninstalling and import after reinstalling.

Hi,
How much memory do you have allocated to your site? That error usually means not enough memory is available.

Hi,
Have you tried sending a test email?
If the test works, then you should be configured correctly. Please report the results back.
Thanks,
BrianHi,
It is probably an infected AWS (Amazon Web Services) server (possibly an EC2 )that is launching the bot attack on your site.

Hello,
How much memory do you have allocated to your site? We recommend 128MB.

Your scan could also be hanging on a large file and then not completing. Are you able to see where the scan hangs?

Hi,
Do you have a backup of your site prior to the hack? You could replace that file with a good version from the backup.
There is a lot of good info at the following link that I’d recommend:

Hi,
Please try testing the connection to our API servers.

Greg,
Disabling config cache should take care of the issue so there is something else going on. What is different on this site compared to your other sites? Are you by chance using W3 Total Cache’s “Database cache” feature?

Hi,
That isn’t possible right now but I can pass it along as a suggestion. We can’t guarantee it will make it into a release but all suggestions are given consideration.
Thanks!

The plugins should work together just fine. It may be something related to your server. Does your site use Varnish?
