Wordfence Live Activity: Scan can’t continue – stored data not found after a fork. Got type: boolean

We are using pantheon hosting for my site.
How I can skip or resolve this thing?

Hi,

Please try the following: On the Wordfence Options page, try turning on “Disable config caching”, save the settings and try a new scan.

Now getting error in saving any option.

Check the javascript console for errors when saving. Your site may have an issue with AJAX.
