In reply to: Unable to use Dashboard due to cache errorI believe it is a plugin config error. have you tried disabling your advanced cache plugin? You can do that by going into your cpanel – file manager and rename the advanced cache plugin folder. Hope this helps.

In reply to: Unable to update plugins / not allowed page accessif you have the admin account, you should be able to see the plugins option and update.. unless you have a plugin that alters your administrative rights. Can you check if there is a plugin that controls roles and access rights? If so, you can deactivate it / rename it via Cpanel or FTP.
