cannot access my site

Hello, the employee that manage our wordpress.org domain had inappropiate conducts, she change the email associated to our domain and change the password so business owners don’t have access to the domain anymore to make updates. She is no more an employee of our company and she rejected to give us the information to access our domain. Can you please help us to recover the access?
Just i case this helps, the original user was vanesa and the original email associated was [ email deleted ]
