Hi, I can see that it’s a bit of an old query, do you still require support regarding this topic?
Could you please elaborate on the issue?
Which steps have led to this problem or which steps have you tried so far to resolve it?Also, if you could provide the following, it’ll be great:
A screenshot / Screencast of the issue. As a follow-up to Jan’s message, Elementor Pro users can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.
Hope you’ll manage to solve your issue easily.
To troubleshoot this issue, follow these instructions:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
If this didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.
If this didn’t help, try following the steps in the articles listed below:
My changes do not appear online, what can I do?
Hope it helps you out.

Hey, it’s possible that some of your CSS became broken/ Elementor’s update made the effects incompatible.
The following list of steps goes from easier possible culprits to more advanced ones:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
From Elementor > Settings in the Advanced tab in the WordPress dashboard, switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
If those steps didn’t help, go to Elementor > tools and enable the safe mode setting there.
“Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins. If it helps, Deactivate your plugins one by one until you find the culprit.
If it deactivating plugins doesn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty One and see if it makes any difference.
Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
As a last resort option, you can Rollback your plugin to Elementor (core) 3.3.1, follow the steps in this guide. Make sure to take a backup before doing this step.
Such an issue could occur due to serval issues, do you see the fallback image instead of the video on mobile?

Those steps cover the majority of probable causes, hope it helps.
It seems plausible that Elementor’s latest 3.4 update caused this incompatibility.
We added additional custom breakpoints with that latest update, which allows you to responsively design font sizes like you want using this feature.

Hi, I managed to replicate your issue.
Seems like you want to use the Carousel widget without any carousel effects.
In a situation where you only want to feature 3 images, just split a section into 3 and place 3 image widgets. This will eliminate the rubber-band effect and in turn, it also allows you more customization in the micro side of things. (Individual styling and advanced settings for each image).
Check out a short loom where I replace the carousel in about a minute:

Hi, If I am not mistaken, this error occurs when you are trying to save the page, is that correct?
If so, this is more of a general WordPress issue, it’s actually not specific for Elementor. https://imgur.com/BNyKVaH
Hence, please check the article below and follow the step suggested and see if that makes any difference: https://elementor.com/help/err-empty-response-while-editing-with-elementor/
Please also report this to your hosting provider so they will become aware of this issue and possibly offer a solution. We have included this link related to this issue for your reference: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/regular-connection-lost-saving-has-been-disabled-until-youre-reconnected/
Some users who reported this particular issue found it was due to memory limits set in ModSecurity. Hence, please also contact your hosting provider to increase the limit for SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit as suggested in the following URL. And then check for any improvements:
https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001764933-Unable-to-edit-document-on-the-website-ModSecurity-Request-body-no-files-data-length-is-larger-than-the-configured-limit-
You can also ask your hosting provider to check the Apache error log alongside the PHP error log, which could provide an important lead on this issue. Also, send the error logs to us so that we can know the exact issue.
However, if the information provided isn’t relevant, this could be a local issue on your end and you would need to follow the next steps:1. Try using another browser. It has to be Firefox, Chrome or Safari. Try also to edit in incognito mode to rule out an issue with an add-on or with the browser cache.
2. Deactivate any browser addons/extensions and see if that makes any difference.
3. Flush your DNS cache: How do I flush my DNS cache?
4. Verify accessing the website from a different device.
5. Try using a different internet/wifi network, using a different ISP /VPN also works.

Hi, most commonly a plugin conflict causes an issue where Elementor’s Editor icons and buttons disappear.
The fastest way to check whether this is indeed the case would be to use safe mode.
“Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.

If it did help, then there is a plugin/theme conflict that causes this issue, try to deactivate all of your plugins one by one till you find the culprit.
Hope it helps.
