Hey,
When you designate a shop page gets taken over by WooCommerce. And the normal page loop is completely bypassed. This is what makes it difficult to do anything in Elementor on this page.
Unfortunately, you can’t edit the page directly just with Elementor, you’ll need additional tools to do that.
Let me know if you have any questions regarding this topic or need further assistance.
Hey, have you tried our safe mode to edit the page?
“Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.
Read about the feature here: https://elementor.com/help/what-is-safe-mode/
If it helps you, it means a plugin/theme causes the editor to crash after you save the page.
Hey, our plugin has just the feature you described, it allows you to hide widgets/entire sections for mobile/tablet versions. Vice-versa also works.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - more than just a page builder] install failHey, This issue sometimes happens with sites that had the plugin in the past.
To troubleshoot this issue, log into your FTP, and under wp-content/plugins, delete the relevant folder (Elementor, Elementor Pro).
If you’re not familiar with FTP, try getting in touch with your hosting service. They will be able to either explain how to remove the folder or give you the steps to log into your FTP. After this, you will be able to upload the plugin from scratch in your WordPress dashboard.
Hope it’ll help you out.
