    trying to load elementor plug in and I keep getting the following message:

    Downloading installation package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/elementor.3.3.1.zip…

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /home/ue50209a/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/

Plugin installation failed.

    how do I find this file so that I can delete it and attempt an install

    Hey, This issue sometimes happens with sites that had the plugin in the past.

    To troubleshoot this issue, log into your FTP, and under wp-content/plugins, delete the relevant folder (Elementor, Elementor Pro).

    If you’re not familiar with FTP, try getting in touch with your hosting service. They will be able to either explain how to remove the folder or give you the steps to log into your FTP. After this, you will be able to upload the plugin from scratch in your WordPress dashboard.
