In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - more than just a page builder] Shop page DamadgeHi, I Just entered your site and I can see the shop layout is okay now.
Really glad you managed to fix the issue that occurred on your site.
Hi, There are several reasons that could have caused this. I can send some General steps that can help in such a case.
Follow these instructions:
In your WordPress dashboard, go to Elementor > Settings > Advanced tab and change the Load Font Awesome 4 Support option to Yes.
Go to Elementor > Tools on your WordPress dashboard, and regenerate your CSS files.
Try switching a browser. You can use Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
Try editing in Incognito mode, to rule out browser cache or browser add-on issue.
Hope it helps.
Hi,
Currently, there is such a feature in Elementor.
You might be able to restrict functions based on the user’s role using plugins that manage created users in your site.
Try to search for user managing plugins or role managing plugins.
Hope it helps you.
Hi,
Currently, there is such a feature in Elementor.
ut to edit HTML sections directly you can simply use the Classic Editor of WordPress which can let you see the visual and text version of the page.We also have an HTML widget that lets you embed code directly in a section, from our visual editor.
Read more about it here: https://elementor.com/help/edit-html-elementor/I hope this information helped you.
Hey, that should be possible using entrance animations, you find the setting at the Advanced tab.
Those effects may conflict with the lazy load animation, so keep it in mind.

https://elementor.com/help/entrance-animations/Hey, it sounds like the styling code broke on your site for some reason.
Either a plugin conflict or a theme conflict arose, at least it sounds like that.
I’d recommend turning off auto-updates if you use a large number of plugins on your site, since every update can cause a conflict with another plugin.
Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes any difference.
Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
Hope those steps will help you.
Hi,
Do you see any errors while trying to save the changes on the page?
If you are able to save the page but cannot see any changes on the live site,
please go over our guide regarding this:

Hey, the global settings of your site are stored in a Template Called “Default Kit”.
It’s possible that a plugin/theme conflicts with Elementor making it create duplicates of it using some default values. Try to see if you have multiple templates with that name, if there are, save the oldest one as this would be the one with the original data.
To rule out such a possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps.
If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes any difference.
Hope this will help you out.

As a possible workaround, the Hello theme developed by us allows you to create headers and footers for free.
You do that Through Appearance > Customize when the Hello theme is active.Learn more about your issue here:

Hey, I understand you are most likely using the WooCommerce plugin or a similar shop plugin, which is a third-party plugin.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control of third-party plugins.
Please try contacting the author of your plugin, for extra guidance.Hey Fahim, sorry for answering this late.
Can’t see the issue you mentioned on both sites, it might have been temporary. Thanks for mentioning this anyway.
