Hi, I can see that it’s a bit of an old query, do you still require support regarding this topic?
From what I can see on the live site, the registration form works perfectly (I commend the styling of the privacy policy as well 😀 )
If you could point out the cause of the issue here, it could help users in a similar situation as you have encountered.
Hi, I am not sure I have understood the issue you are having correctly.
Since it sounds like the issue Appears when editing/creating a page, can you see the “ghost block” in the live site as well? I.E, do the widgets float to the left on the live site?
Which steps have led to this problem or which steps have you tried so far to resolve it?
Also, if you could provide the following, it’ll be great:
Some screenshots / a Screencast of the issue. As the first step for troubleshooting, try to use “Safe Mode”.
It’s a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.
Read about the feature here: https://elementor.com/help/what-is-safe-mode/
If it did help, then there is a plugin/theme conflict that causes this issue, try to deactivate all plugins and turn them one by one till you find the culprit.
Hope it helps.
Hey, It’s possible that you don’t see the changes due to cache or CSS that hasn’t updated properly.
If you can see your content within the editor, please follow these steps and check after each step if you can see the changes in the live site:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
In general, all websites should have at least some form of a backup tool, having a backup tool will save your site’s content within periods that you set up, like having daily backups.

Hey, since WP has two “classic” editors, I am not sure which one are you using.
Regarding the Gutenberg Editor, Elementor Integrates with it pretty well, you should be able to see changes you’ve made, try to clear the cache, and renew your CSS files, read more here.
If you prefer to use the ‘classic editor plugin’ that disables the Gutenberg editor, it’s a bit more problematic although in theory it should also be compatible.
Read more on the subject here:
https://elementor.com/help/how-will-elementor-work-with-wordpress-5-0-gutenberg-editor/Hey, I would suggest you pick on some constant rules on how to design the padding and layout structure on your site, for consistency.
If you would like to keep the Internal Elements in check with the others, I would suggest you Split the main sections and play with the ratio, and for further micro-control, use the “inner section” widget.
For a responsive design that will work on all screen sizes, choose the VW and VH values, as they are relative to the entire screen size.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - more than just a page builder] Read More supportHey, Elementor has added a “read more” widget to our Free plugin last year, and Elementor was Always Compatible with the native “read more function” of WordPress.
Check out two methods on how to achieve that here:
https://elementor.com/help/read-more-widget/https://elementor.com/help/create-read-more-toggle-in-posts/
I think it might be worth renewing your CSS files, Check after each step if it helps:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
Switch the CSS print method back, regardless if it helped or not.
It might be possible that a different embedding method can help here, that’s why it’s worth going through both methods to check if it helps.

Hey, if you can see the content properly within the editor, most like some broken CSS or cache on your site.
Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
If it doesn’t help, it might be possible that a plugin/ theme conflict can cause the issue, try to deactivate your plugins one by one and check if it helps in each deactivation.
Switching to a default WP theme will also rule a theme conflict.
Lastly, it’s possible that the Elementor plugin updated automatically and caused the issue, check out our rollback feature to go back a version: https://elementor.com/help/rolling-back-to-a-previous-version-of-elementor/

Hey, I checked your query and Elementor doesn’t let you set a hover effect over the image when using the regular Image widget.
I’d suggest trying an Elementor Add-on, or a different 3rd party plugin that will be able to achieve this.
Check out Elementor’s official add-ons list here:
https://elementor.com/addons/Hey, I believe this issue has to do with a new formatting of Vimeo’s videos.
Vimeo does not allow Private videos to be embedded in 3rd party sites.
You can go through the Privacy Settings of Vimeo to better understand this.
Ref: https://vimeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/224817847-Privacy-settings-overviewIf you want to use your Vimeo video on 3rd party sites, you should use either Hide from Vimeo/Public settings or Vimeo will not allow these videos to be displayed.
If my earlier suggestion did not help, you can work around the issue completely.
Use another video source such as Youtube or self-hosting the video in your Media Library or Google drive.
Hope this helps (:
Hey, sorry to hear that my earlier reply didn’t help in this scenario.
I’d suggest trying to see whether Elementor Conflicts with one of the other plugins on your site.
Try to switch your theme to a default theme, and if it doesn’t help try to deactivate your plugins one by one and check if the icons come back.
As an additional possible workaround, there are lots of Elementor Add-ons that allow you to import icons from other Icon libraries, or create a custom icon library.
Hey, we have a dedicated guide on cases where such an issue occurs, please check it out.
