Sorry for not noticing it earlier, seems like you are using an Addon plugin to build the footer.
Often the add-ons are not compatible with the latest versions of Elementor, although we do give the developers a heads-up on code deprecations on developers.elementor.com, regardless of that when you are using 3rd party Elementor addons updating should be done carefully.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control of third-party plugins.
Please try contacting the author of your plugin, for extra guidance, not sure if you are using this specific plugin, but if you are using a free WP plugin it should have
a support forum, like this:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/header-footer-elementor/Lastly, try to rule out a theme conflict by switching your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty One and see if it makes any difference.
Using the Hello theme to create a somewhat custom footer should also work.
Hope it helps you.
The solution you offered is actually viable, Making the Elements hidden on mobile/desktop prevents them from loading at all, so it won’t affect the loading speed.
Our new 3.4 breakpoints update allows you to create up to 7 versions for different screen sizes, and obviously, all of them would not be loaded on a mobile version of the site, as that would be horrible.
Go ahead with your suggestion, this is a common solution when you want a certain style of the mobile version of the page/site.

Hey, I couldn’t find where to find such an “edit template” button, but where I could find it on my site, the url linking was “/wp-admin/post.php?post=439&action=elementor”
Are you using the latest Elementor version? If you are, most likely this linking comes from a 3rd party plugin.
You can confirm if you are using a 3rd party plugin for this action by activating safe mode.
Go to Elementor > tools, choose “enable” for the safe mode option and click save changes. If it’s indeed a 3rd party feature, only the plugin creator can provide an update to their feature, as we can’t control the code of 3rd party plugins.
Hey, I’d like to start with the “CSS print method” setting, I believe my initial response was a bit unclear.
My intent was to simply switch the method, using this setting is essentially a more powerful form of Regenerate CSS as it creates a brand new file when switched.
If switching it once and twice doesn’t help at all, We’ll need to look for other causes for the issue. (Internal > External, then External > Internal)
(By the Way, the External file setting is preferable since it loads the site a bit faster)Safe mode is a fast method to disable all of the 3rd party plugins and the Theme apart from Elementor, but I can’t say for certain if you can see the Image 404 error through the Editor at all.
When the Safe mode is active, you should also see your live site in safe, lacking in Elements provided by the Theme/ other plugins, using the Preview should also work.
If it helps, Give a backup to your site and simply deactivate your plugins one by one and check whether the error goes away. If deactivating plugins doesn’t help, switch to a default WP theme like 2021 / our Hello theme.
Hope this response helps.
Hey, we have updated our plugin to 3.4.2 Since your query. Do you still experience the same issue?
I would recommend regardless of the issue to not mix up Permalinks, since they can cause many unexpected issues. This is important for the longevity and general structure of your site not to adopt such problematic structure that can fail due to duplicate page names.
Hi, Since this is an old query, do you still require support regarding this topic?
I’d like to suggest you use Safe mode to troubleshoot the issue. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Elementor.
“Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.
Read about the feature here: https://elementor.com/help/what-is-safe-mode/
If it did help, then there is a plugin/theme conflict that causes this issue, try to deactivate all plugins and turn them one by one till you find the culprit.
If deactivating plugins doesn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty One and see if it makes any difference.
If it doesn’t help, I’ll need some more information to help you out please send the following:
Screencast – a video of the issue.
PHP errors from your system info – a list of your working environment settings. You can find this information on the WordPress Admin page under Elementor > System Info
Hey, since opening your ticket we have made some updates and improvements to our Video widget.
We are iteratively improving the widget UX based on user requests, The current behavior is as follows:
If autoplay on load is off:
All videos are started with sound.
Even when trigger to play is autoplay next
Even when trigger to play is clicking the item in the list
Even if the user muted the previous video
If autoplay on load is on:
The first video is always muted
All other videos are always with sound
Even when trigger to play is autoplay next
Even when trigger to play is clicking the item in the list
Even if the user muted the previous video
Hope this information helps, you can read more here.
Hi, I can see that it’s a bit of an old query, do you still require support regarding this topic?
I believe this was a temporary incompatibility with WP 5.8, but the issue has been resolved since then.
Hey, I can only help you out in English.
If you could translate your messages to English, I’d be happy to assist you.
Try using Google Translate or any other translation service.Seems like you are having issues with the Gallery, could you provide some screenshot/ additional information?

This was a bug with our Elementor Version and WordPress incompatibility, if your issue still persists to this day, please update your Elementor Plugin.
Hope it helps.

As a first guess, it’s possible that your custom post type is not selected inside the “Post Types” setting. Go to Elementor > Settings and select the post type there.
If it doesn’t help, I’ll need some more information to help you out.
Error logs from your System info file – You can find this information on the WordPress Admin page under Elementor > System Info (from the sidebar).
Your website’s URL – The address for the website you’re having trouble with.
