Hi there @migaleroc,
Thanks for getting back to us!
- Does the same happens when you remove the additional CSS?
- What pages do you expect the form to appear on and where did it work before?
Also, please share a screenshot of your form placement settings similar to what you see here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/363-how-to-create-a-pop-up-slider-form#pop-up
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @jules-colle,
There is no workaround out of the box here.
If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io (affiliate link).
You’re also welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com. Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin.
Cheers!
Hi there @cesarmarti,
As mentioned by my colleague, it’s not possible with the plugin out of the box.

In reply to: [NSFW] [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] MailPoetHi there @annegret2107,
Can you please let us know if you’re still seeing the same behaviour on your site?
We haven’t heard about similar issues so it could be something specific to your setup and we’d like to figure out what it can be.
In addition to what my colleague asked, can you please check if you see any PHP errors around the same time when the form disappered?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @philk56,
To add to my collegue’s response, your custom Unsubscribe page won’t be resolved if you access it via direct link: https://jazzsale.bzh/desabonnement-newsletter/
However, it will work from your MailPoet’s settings preview and from your newsletters.
Can you please confirm that it’s working properly if you send yourself a newsletter and click the Unsubscribe link there?
Cheers!

Hi there @goldmare,
Thanks for getting back to us!
If you go to MailPoet > Subscribers and click on your husband statistics, do you see any weird activity there? Like a lot of clicks on the same links or clicks on all links in certain email?
It’s not possible for us to determine what is clicking these links because these links are not stored on our end and they exist only in the newsletters you sent, but here are some of my guesses:
- your email server/email client/antivirus follows the Unsubscribe links in the headers of old emails to check them for phishing and make sure the destination URL is the same as in the email itself;
- there were some cases where unsubscribe links “leaked” to some search engine bots and they kept visiting them.
The only 100% way to resolve it without finding the root cause is to recreate your subscriber from scratch because then the Unsubscribe links won’t be linked to them anymore even if clicked again. You need to go to MailPoet > Subscribers > delete this subscriber, then completely remove it from Trash and then recreate. If it’s a WordPress user, you should delete this WordPress user and then recreate it from wp-admin > Users.
If you want to dig deeper, you can try to search the access log for links containing
mailpoet_router&endpoint=subscription&action=unsubscribeand check how they were accessed on the day when your husband has been unsubscribed. This can be done by your hosting company.Hope it helps!
Hi there @fod85,
Thanks for getting back to us!
The problem with the double checkbox occurs on the “Manage my Subscription” page. This page was created automatically by MailPoet. I can’t edit it (except maybe with CSS, which I haven’t done).
All MailPoet custom fields are displayed on the Manage Subscription page by default. Even if you don’t see all of them in your actual forms, they can still exist in MailPoet.
To check that, please:
– go to MailPoet > Forms > Add New;
– browse for fields by clicking on the “+” icon and go to the Custom Fields section;
– do you see several custom fields for your privacy checkbox?
If yes, select it and then click on the Delete this custom field link in the Custom field settings:
After it’s deleted, you can remove the form you just created.
You can find the step-by-step instructions with screenshots here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/313-how-to-remove-created-custom-fields-from-mailpoet-3Let us know how it goes!
