Hi there @paulweber23,
Please make sure to use the key which starts with
bf51d0af. You can get your full key here: https://account.mailpoet.com/account.The approval has been communicated back to you on May 2nd right after we received more details from you.
If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
If it doesn’t help, please go to the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab and change the sending method temporarily to “Other”, save it, and then change back to the “MailPoet Sending Service”.
If you still can’t send emails, please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] pending approvalHi there @palmerct and @jfernandorey ,
Thanks for reaching out!
We add an email address to the known bounce list when we try to send an email to this address several times but receive a bounce message from the recipient’s email server. It can happen when your domain or email server had a temporary downtime at some point in the past.
Please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread and the email address in question.
We’ll be able to remove it from the known bounce list of it’s a valid email address.
Cheers!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Can’t upload imagesHi there @mjayzrdn,
Thanks for reaching out!
I tried to replicate it but couldn’t so I’m wondering what I may be doing differently. Can you please record a short video of what’s happening and also include the version of the MailPoet plugin you’re using?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hi there @kloader04,
Thanks for reaching out!
We recommend creating a Welcome email with a coupon that is sent when your subscriber joins the list (and confirms their subscription):
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/345-create-a-welcome-email
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/399-adding-a-discount-coupon-to-emailsAlternatively, you can include a coupon code to the message after form submission or to the redirected page as a text:

Hi there @vivekmathur1969,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you still reproduce the error? If so, I’d first recommend testing with security/caching plugins disabled to see if they come into play here.
Also, if you’re using a recent version of jQuery and the error persists, it could be that you have ModSecurity enabled and it’s blocking the requests coming from our form. In this case, we recommend contacting your hosting support to see if ModSecruity is enabled and if you can disable it for the page where the form is placed.
Let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] COUPON timed OUTHi there @jrsepul2017,
Thanks for getting back to us!
If I got it right, you created a Welcome email with a coupon code and its expiry date was on April 20th.
When you create a new coupon to be added to your Welcome email, you can see the expiry settings:
Full Size: https://d.pr/i/BYRzq6In my example, the coupon is valid for 10 days (default value) and will be expired on May 14th. If someone subscribes after May 14th, the coupon will be already expired.
When you create a Welcome email and insert a coupon, please make sure you’re using the necessary expiration period.
You can also edit your existing Welcome email and change the coupon you’re using to the one which has longer expiration date.
Let me know if you see any further issues!
Hi there @yolandal,
Can you please check if new scheduled actions are actually created with the MailPoet plugin disabled? On the screenshot, I see only the ones scheduled on March 8th, and the MailPoet plugin doesn’t delete the old task entries upon deactivation.
Changing the cron setting from your screenshot to Linux cron should stop new entries as well.
Let me know how it goes!
