    When I create a subscriber form from the list of templates that bring discount. Mailpoet generates a discount coupon that arrives by email but when you use it it is expired

    Can you check the settings of the discount coupon in your WooCommerce. Make sure that the expiration date is set to a date that is far enough in the future to allow subscribers to use the coupon.     Also make sure that the date and time are accurate, and that the timezone is set correctly.

    If that particular coupon is giving you issues, try creating a new coupon and see if that works for you.

    Thanks. but i Cant check the settings of the discount coupon because its an automatic coupon generated by mailpoet with the template i select.

    Coupon autogenerated by mailpoet…

    In the selected templated, a new coupon its generated automatic with 20% each customer suscriber, but customer received it expired… see it in capture.

    Thanks for getting back to us!

    If I got it right, you created a Welcome email with a coupon code and its expiry date was on April 20th.

    When you create a new coupon to be added to your Welcome email, you can see the expiry settings:

    In my example, the coupon is valid for 10 days (default value) and will be expired on May 14th. If someone subscribes after May 14th, the coupon will be already expired.

    When you create a Welcome email and insert a coupon, please make sure you’re using the necessary expiration period.

    You can also edit your existing Welcome email and change the coupon you’re using to the one which has longer expiration date.
