I actually found only four email addresses @bmts.com that were added to our known bounce list:
j****@
t********@
r******@
m******@We add an email address to the known bounce list when we try to send an email to this address several times but receive a bounce message from the recipient’s email server. It could happen when your domain or email server had a temporary downtime at some point in the past.
I removed them so you can change their status back to Subscribed.

Welcome emails are available in both free and paid plans.
The difference would make if you’d like to use MailPoet Sending Service or your own sending method, and how many subscribers you have.

Newsletters are stored in your site’s database (wp_mailpoet_newsletters table) so if they’re still there, you will see them in MailPoet > Emails. I recommend checking the Trash tab as well.
If you still can’t find them and if you have any backups of your site, you can check if any of them contain your emails. You can reach out to your hosting company to double-check this.

Do you see it as verified there? If not, please follow these steps: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/328-set-up-dkim-for-your-sender-domain
And to confirm your account, does your MailPoet key start with 45e0339?

Did you have a chance to contact your hosting provider to check if they see any issues on your end?
You mentioned that you’re on a cloned environment so it’s worth checking if your site connects to the database properly after cloning and if all configuration files are in order.
