We are using the Mailpoet sending service to send our newsletters. One of our recipients receive our letter with a text “DMARC_fail” added to the subject of the mail. any ideas to prevent this?

We have added DNS records as instructed by Mailpoet:
mailpoet1._domainkey.huiskernhem.nl dkim1.sendingservice.net
mailpoet2._domainkey.huiskernhem.nl dkim2.sendingservice.net
_mailpoet.huiskernhem.nl 5d41402abc4b2a76b9719d911017c592

I don’t see your domain huiskernhem.nl added to Sender Domains here: https://account.mailpoet.com/sender_domains

Do you see it as verified there? If not, please follow these steps: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/328-set-up-dkim-for-your-sender-domain

And to confirm your account, does your MailPoet key start with 45e0339?

Hi Elvira, Thanks for reviewing our settings. Indeed, the domain was missing in the Sender domains. I added it and verified it (succesfully). Indeed our account verification key starts with 45e0339. Regards, Bob
