In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] Change status automaticallyHi there,
Here you can find explanation – https://tickera.com/tickera-documentation/troubleshooting/order-status-processing-will-order-ever-hit-completed-status/
However, if you still want to change status automatically to completed, here you can find the instruction – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/
Hope it helps.Hi there,
Being an online event ticketing system, Tickera is intended for selling tickets online and delivering them to the customers via email so they can print them out themselves or show the tickets on the display of their smartphone devices.
That said, Tickera lacks functionality of standard box-office systems. We do, however, have this functionality on our roadmap but I cannot tell for now when this might be expected. Of course, as soon as we make any progress on that matter, we’ll let you know.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] Shortcodes quantity fieldHi there,
there is no quantity selector option when you’re using Tickera alongside WooCommerce via our Bridge for WooCommerce add-on.
Here you can find more about that – https://tickera.com/tickera-documentation/faq/no-option-for-quantity-selector/Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] Cannot activate the licenseHi Met,
Hosting provider has a firewall that blocks the connection to our license key API server. Please contact your hosting company and ask them to whitelist wp.freemius.com and api.freemius.com for external connections.
Hi there,
Currently it’s not possible with Tickera (standalone version). The only way to achieve that is to use Bridge for WooCommerce – https://tickera.com/addons/bridge-for-woocommerce/ where you can create discount code and assign it to certain category.
Hope it helps 🙂

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] Freemius Missing from latest buildWe are sorry for this huge mistake we’ve made.
Issues are fixed now in the newest version (3.4.3) and you’re safe to upgrade to that version.
Again, we’re really sorry for the inconvenience :/
Actually, you’re totally right :/
We’ve just found a ticket – our support system somehow changed the support ticket status to “Waiting on Third Party” which means it doesn’t have an OPEN status and our agents don’t see it. We’re truly sorry for this.
We’ve just reopened the ticket and will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Hello there and thanks for your feedback.
However, we can’t find a single support ticket which is left unanswered that long :/
Could you please give us a bit more details, link to a ticket maybe?Thank you!

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] adding tickets numbers manuallyHi makmerghen,
Right now Tickera doesn’t have option to import a list with numbers and tickets numbers are being generated automatically (although there is the add-on which helps you to set up your own custom ticket code prefix, suffix, set the ticket code minimum length, etc. https://tickera.com/tickera-documentation/serial-ticket-codes/).
So, I think that Tickera currently doesn’t fit your particular needs.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] Very disappointedHi there,
We’re sorry to learn that you haven’t found it good enough for your needs.
However, our documentation does explain everything needed to start selling tickets on your website. Furthermore, our shortcode builder is pretty intuitive and options within it are very self explanatory. Yet, we have explained each and every of the shortcodes available in our documentation (with the exception of custom add-ons that are unofficial and fall under workarounds more than official official features). Therefore, there is no need for any advanced knowledge nor experience in order to use our shortcode builder nor the videos would be of any help given that shortcodes are pretty standard feature of many WordPress plugins. Now, the way the event pages and event archive page is displayed depends solely on how your theme handles single and archive pages. However, Tickera allows you to override this using standard WordPress’ template handling for custom post types and if you got to this point, it is more or less obvious that you have basic understanding of WordPress’ templates and their use. Even if you are not that certain about it or don’t know how to display certain information using custom templates, our support agents can provide you with the solution and explain how to pull some Tickera specific information and display it in your custom template (which, if I’m not mistaken, they did in one of your support tickets).
So, leaving one star rating for the plugin due to lack of understanding (which we still can help you with) and patience is a bit harsh, don’t you think?
In any case, we’re still and have always been willing to help our customers in any way possible.
