Change status automatically

Hi, im using mercadopago gateway payment but all orders still on “processing” status (even if they are paid). How i can change the status automatically to “completed”. I find some plugins to change the status when is “virtual” product but tickera documentatios say i dont need to change that options.
Any idea how to do this?
