Tickera

Hi there,
We offer and encourage any of our potential customers to request an access to our playground website where they can test each and every bit of Tickera plugin and its functionality. Also, free version of Tickera is available for download which has completely the same core functionality as any of the premium versions and is therefore good for testing how it gets along with the theme you’re using as well as checking customization options through custom single and archive pages. So, all this can be tested out prior an actual purchase to check whether it fits your needs or not.
Furthermore, yes you have submitted two support tickets to which we have replied in timely manner but haven’t received any additional response from you. As for the emails, we have received several from you within the time span of less than 24 hours with the last email stating that you’re requesting refund which we have declined given that we do not grant refunds if our plugin does not fit your needs.
Granted, our refund policy is strict and we do not offer “no questions asked” refund policy but at the same time we believe it is fair as we do offer every opportunity to any of our potential customers to test our product inside and out prior they commit to purchase our product.Hope this clarifies things a bit.
Hi there and sorry for the delay in response.
Since we are not able to reproduce this problem we will need more information from you.
Please submit new support ticket from our site so we could check what might be the cause of this issue.Hi therealstevedavis,
There should be a free version of Tickera named “WordPress Event Ticketing”
Try to find it by this name. If you are not able to find the free version, please submit new support ticket via http://support.tickera.com/support/home since we will need additional information from you.- This reply was modified 7 years, 9 months ago by Jan Dembowski.

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] No translations for German?Hi there,
Each and every word of Tickera and all of its add-ons IS translatable using standard .po and .mo files and following thorough instruction that we have provided here.
Furthermore, we also have a topic in our forum where our customers can exchange their translation files and from where you can download German language files since we have more than few customers who are already using Tickera in German language. Now, since our forum can be accessed only by our premium customers, we’d be willing to help you and send you German translation files so you can use it right away.
So, knowing this, would you mind changing your rating as it is a bit harsh to rate plugin with lowest rating although it does work what it says and actually supports the feature you have mentioned 🙂
Hope this helps a bit and thank you in advance for your consideration to change the rating.

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] compatible with dokanHi there,
Currently, there is no possibility to create and manage Tickera events on the front end of the website in any way. Also, although Dokan Multivendor may be offering customers to create WooCommerce products on the front end, there is no possibility to declare these products as tickets.
Therefore, the only way to make a ticket selling platform and allow multiple event managers to create and manage only their events and tickets is to run Tickera in WordPress multisite network and dedicate a subsite to each of the event organizers where they can create and manage only their events and tickets. However, it is in no way possible to make all this happen in the front end and event organizers will have to use back-end (WP admin area) of their subsites to create and manage their events and tickets.- This reply was modified 7 years, 9 months ago by Jan Dembowski.

Hi there,
Free iteration of Tickera has all the core functionality you have mentioned but lacks support for most of the payment gateways and does not include any of the add-ons. Therefore, the price tag is not related to Tickera as core plugin but almost entirely to its add-ons.
Now, in regards to comparing Tickera to Eventbrite, it is important to understand that, unlike Eventbrite, Tickera is not a service hosted by third party and which charges a fee per each ticket sold, but a system that resides and operates in its entirety on your website with key point being that all the funds collected from your ticket sales are going directly to your merchant account without any additional fees.
Customization is, of course, possible in pretty much any aspect of Tickera; from the way that single event and event archive pages are displayed to the looks and layout of the tickets themselves. Of course, being a WordPress plugin, some customization and tweaking require certain approach and might not be available right out of the box but that doesn’t mean at all that they’re not possible.Limitations in Tickera, of course, do exist and we’re aware of that. Then again, pretty much none of the WordPress plugins are perfect and there will always be some feature that is missing for some customer. This is exactly why we are offering our customers to request an access to our playground website where they can test Tickera and all of its add-ons thoroughly prior purchase and decide whether it fits their needs or not.
We can understand that it does not fit your needs and that’s okay but calling Tickera and its 25 official add-ons cheap and poorly implemented is a bit harsh and, based on the feedback of our vast majority of our customers who are using Tickera repeatedly for their events of all sorts, not very true.In regards to the claim of non-existent support, I cannot tell for sure as we do not have a customer with the exact username like you have registered here, but the customer with similar username submitted one support ticket to which we have replied and offered assistance but never got back from you. Our support agents are always willing to help but they need basic level of cooperation from the customer to be able to effectively help. If, however, you haven’t received a reply for whatever reason, please contact us at info@tickera.com as we really want to help you out.
So, to conclude, while we can understand that Tickera does not fulfill your needs, rating it as non-functional is simply far from the truth as all the features advertised work just the way it says on the tin. And as the best proof for that claim, stands the fact that free version of Tickera has been downloaded nearly 100k times with 6000 currently active installations and lots more of the premium version of Tickera and its add-ons.

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] tickersHi there and sorry for embarrassingly long delay.
Since Tickera does not support recurring events functionality, the only way to achieve this would be to create a separate ticket type with check-in availability set for each to match the occurrence it represents. That way, just by adding an appropriate ticket type to the cart, customer will be actually selecting the date they want to attend.
Hope this helps a bit. Of course, if you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us back.

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] Its Awesome For MeHey there,
First off, thank you for your kind words 🙂
It is really rewarding when people appreciate (a lot of) the work we have put into making Tickera and its add-ons. Of course, there is no such thing as perfect WordPress plugin and Tickera is not an exception. But, we’re trying as hard and as fast as we can to iron out the bugs and introduce new features.
And it it reviews like these that make us tick and feel good at the end of the day 🙂Once again, thank you for your kind words and we hope you’ll have fun using Tickera just as much as we had making it.
Cheers!

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] severals tickets by userHi there,
By turning on “Show Ticket Attendee Fields” option in Tickera Settings, user will be able to order 5 tickets with 5 different (owner) names. Logged in user can find his/her order history within Order History Page – https://tickera.com/tickera-documentation/order-history-for-a-user/
Now, in regards to the changing names after the order is finished option, for now it’s not possible. It’s on our feature list.- This reply was modified 7 years, 9 months ago by Jan Dembowski.
Hi kzee06,
Sorry for the delay in response and for the inconvenience
We are aware of the searching issue on Android devices. Our developers are working on that. It will be fixed as soon as possible. I would recommend using iOS or Chrome check-in apps until we fix this.Kind Regards,

In reply to: [Tickera – Sell Tickets & Manage Events] Seat numbers without seating chartHi there,
In case you don’t want to use Seating Charts (https://tickera.com/addons/seating-charts/) you will need to create Ticket Type for each seat (for example A1, A2, etc.)
Hope it helps a bit.
