Hi @kassilukraine ,
I’ve already raised up an enhancement request for the PHP version compatibility, having said that if you do remain on the newer versions of PHP you can safely ignore the PHP warning as this shouldn’t affect how our plugin functions.
If you’d like to keep the logs clear, I suggest temporarily disabling it or delete them after a while until an update for it is released.Hi Max,
We have an article for that, please read here: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/how-to-stop-automatic-blank-feed-generation/
Hi @pranavmtn ,
In most cases, if a wholesale customer places an order and they didn’t get wholesale price then it’s likely that the product itself doesn’t have wholesale prices set.
In an event that the wholesale customer purchased it in retail even if wholesale price is set an active then it’s likely that you are facing some sort of plugin or theme conflict.
Please run a basic debug to confirm this: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/kb/how-to-conduct-a-basic-debug-for-wholesale-suite/
In what scenarios would _wwp_wholesale_priced and _wwp_wholesale_role be omitted despite the user having the wholesale role?
– wwp_wholesale_priced is on the product; it’s ommitted if the product itself doesnt have wholesale price or you are facing a conflict as previously mentioned. What I suggest trying first is to ensure that the logged in user can see wholesale price on the shop page, and then try resaving the product that faced this issue.
You can try this plugin to see how the wholesale customer behaves on the frontend. Do also try creating a new account and see if it’s fixed.
Hi @vegancake ,
We haven’t heard from you for a while now so we’ll mark this as solved. If you still face issues please raise up another post.
Hi @nluk100 ,
You can get the previous versions here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Having said that you mentioned that it’s stuck at 0%, please try this solution of disabling the HTTP requests: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/what-does-disable-http-feed-generation-requests-do/
If that don’t work, please try creating a new feed and see if it works. If that doesn’t work, please run a basic debug to check for any plugin or theme conflict.
Hi @jusol ,
Apologies for the delay in our response.
Can you please provide more information on the “undefined” you mentioned? A screenshot or video recording would be great.
As for the “last updated” – I’ll raise up and enhancement request for it.
Hi @kassilukraine ,
We currently do not officially support PHP version 8.4 and above but I’ll raise up an enhancement request to support the latest php version.
At the moment we only officially support PHP 8.1. As a temporary solution please try downgrading your server PHP version. If you are unsure how to do this, please reach out to your hosting provider’s support team.
Hi @nluk100,
Can you please confirm if the XML file contains more than 17 products? If it’s more than 17 then it’s an issue on Google’s end as the file being provided have more than 17 products.
If it’s less or equal to 17, can you please try manually refreshing the feed? After refreshing, view the XML file via incognito and see if the correct item count is shown.
If it is correct, then it’s likely caching issue causing the feed to revert on automatic updates. To fix this try temporarily disabling any caching or create a new feed.
Here’s an article as well: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/
Hi @n1gga,
Could you please provide more information on what you mean by filter for specific web pages? Also, we have an article for this exact issue, please read here: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/
Hi @pekkaa ,
That sounds like a caching issue, can you please try disabling any caching and see if that helps? If not try creating a new feed and see if the automatic refresh is fixed.
Also, lower your batch size for better stability: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/ 750 is the default batch size, try 200/300 and see if that helps.
Hi @esmeemarein ,
The values that’s highlighted here is fine: https://esmee.ch/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/productfeed.jpg
The error is coming from the custom field naming of the field, you have g:product_type you have a colon: https://ibb.co/Y7XtYJj8 Try giving it a name without any special characters and see if it’s still rejected.
Hi @joy0114 ,
No it shouldn’t create those scheduled action multiple times as for the hook, it’s calling from our website. It’s likely that you that there were a slight technical issue.
For now, please clear or cancel those scheduled actions and monitor it. If it did fail – please send in a screenshot on what the error message mentioned for the failed action scheduler
Hi @esmeemarein ,
You aren’t allowed to add space or numbers to the custom fields; if you were allowed before, then it was a bug. It’s likely been addressed: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
You could bring it back by downgrading to the previous versions but do note that we cannot support you from there.
Hi @pdmedia ,
We do support those but it’s only available on the Elite/paid version of Product Feeds. Also, we currently only support certain plugins for that.
You can learn more about it here: https://adtribes.io/?s=translate&ht-kb-search=1&lang=
Also, do note that I’m unable to provide support/answer more questions about it as it’s against WordPress Tos.
Hi @danedmunds123 ,
To confirm you are using Product Feed Elite or the premium plugin? If so, please use our contact form as it’s against TOS to support paid users in the forum: https://adtribes.io/contact-form/
If you are a free user, to confirm your XML file is correct? This means the XML file doesn’t contain any products that are on draft or out of stock?
