Hi @pekkaa ,
I’ll raise this as a potential bug but you mentioned this issue happened after updating. Do you perhaps remember what version you were on before updating to the latest version?
Hi @comunikal ,
I just checked the feed and the product and it seems to be showing retail price still. On the Dynamic Pricing and Discount Rules for WooCommerce does the user have to be logged in to get the discount?
https://ibb.co/mFDWRhNs
https://ibb.co/PG7dkMf8Here’s an example, when I visited the page the price is 91 which is correctly reflecting on the feed.
Hi @webgasp ,
Looks like you’ve mapped the item_group_id to the wrong value, it should be mapped to the field called item_group_id as well.
Here’s an image reference: https://ibb.co/GQb4GRHd
Hi @janaweb ,
You can safely ignore this as our plugin doesn’t use Content API – it’s file-based where you feed .xml files directly to GMC so there are no APIs involved.
Though, as you are receiving this email/message from Google it’s likely that you are using the content API via another plugin or self customization. I suggest heading over to your GMC and check if you have any Content API data source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsMvmz30MTY
Alternatively, check for 3rd party plugins that implement Content API.
Hi @elavd ,
This is a known bug and we have an article covering this, please read here to solve the issue: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/how-to-stop-automatic-blank-feed-generation/
Hi @ogge112 ,
The product reviews, you won’t need to specify the variation itself. Just ensure that the variations option is ticked on the general settings of the feed : https://ibb.co/5g3CdfhB
You can learn more about the product review shema/format here: https://developers.google.com/product-review-feeds/schema#product & https://developers.google.com/product-review-feeds/sample
Hi @jaiswaa ,
It’s likely that the condition rule isn’t being properly read, i see that you are using the PA attribute name field.
Try using the other fields like the one under Dynamic Attributes: https://ibb.co/CK5mHfbn
Hi @lpalandfs ,
Please send in your debug log so I can review the content: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/ If the content is long please upload a .txt file or through an online viewer like Google Drive.
The error usually means that you are passing a file that can’t be accessed or does not have the appropriate extension IE .xml or .txt
Hi @olivseo ,
Our plugin uses files to feed google shopping content/products so we aren’t directly using any API. We also currently do not have have any option to run any API
Are you perhaps using any other plugin or ways to add content to your merchant center: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsMvmz30MTY
Hi @marinow1991 ,
The file is not accessible, could you check again: https://ibb.co/Hp7ttR3K
Hi @tecazwebdev ,
On the scheduled actions does it state why it failed and have you checked for any critical errors? Also, at times simply creating a new feed can solve things.
Also, do try changing the batch size: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
Hi @pekkaa ,
We are keeping tabs of this but it’s usually case-by-case and the fix is usually done by creating a new feed or duplicating it.
Also, I did notice that you had rules and filters for the feed. As a test – try removing them and see if that helps
Hi @tecazwebdev ,
By failing do you mean that the feed doesn’t complete it’s refresh? If so please try this solution: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/what-does-disable-http-feed-generation-requests-do/
If you were referring to something else, please provide more information.
Hi @marinow1991 ,
Please send in your screenshots and pass on your debug log so I can get an idea on how the feed is setup. If your debug log is large, please upload a .txt file or online viewer like google drive:
See: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi @pekkaa ,
Do you mean I should create a totally new feed, not duplicate current feed?
– Yes, but i first suggest duplicating the feed. This case-to-case issues can be fixed by doing this; Though, if you prefer you can downgrade the versions: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Also, to confirm – you’ve temporarily disabled any plugin/server side caching to test things out?
