Hi @attracted @jonb1987 ,
For now please disable automatic refresh so the feed doesn’t become empty and affect your Google Merchant Feeds.
I’ll also close this post for now as we are looking into it. Though, there’s no accurate way to replicate this behavior so it’s hard for us to implement a fix.
Feel free to open up another forum post if you have questions or want to follow up about it.
Hi @smitterer ,
Yes, it could be due to permissions. I suggest reaching out to your server’s support team regarding this.
Other than that, go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical errors. Also, if you haven’t yet run a basic debug and confirm that it isn’t a plugin/theme conflict
Hi @huynha ,
Please ensure that you have the latest version of Product Feed Pro(13.4.4.2), we natively have those mappable fields: https://ibb.co/FLrLKSgN for unit_pricing_measure
Though, I am unsure if you can map 3rd party plugin values for it. This might need custom coding or integrations from our end. I can raise this up but please provide some information or link to the plugin.
Hi @crdunst ,
By ghost feeds you mean feeds that have no data or randomly created feeds? And by the hanging feeds, can you please include your debug log: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
And to confirm, you’ve already run basic debugging to check for any plugin/theme conflicts.
Hi @jusol ,
Can you please pass on your full debug log: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/ If the contents are too much/too big please upload the file on say Google Drive or DropBox
As for this issue, we are looking into it extensively but there’s no accurate way to replicate.
Also, please confirm if you have these options enabled: Remove products that did not have sales in the last days

Hi @bauwb ,
Thanks for confirming with the force refresh. This doesn’t cause the items to go missing and only happens during the night?
“But somehow when it happens at night it fails and falls back to 126.“
This makes me think that something in your server is causing the issues. Because if it was a bug on our end then forcing the refresh in Scheduled actions should replicate the bug.
Could you please reach out to your hosting provider if there are any limitations set at night time? I’m guessing it’s somehow prematurely terminate the refresh process causing some of the products not be added.
Other than that, try downgrading your PHP version to 8.0x and set your batch size to 100-200: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/#:~:text=The%20default%20product%20batch%20sizes,50000%20%3D%20750%20products%20at%20once
Also, as a temporary solution please create 2 feeds, one that you use for GMC (disable refresh) and the other for debugging purposes(with refresh)
Let me know how it goes.
Hi @aaversa ,

Hi @attracted ,
Feed refresh shouldn’t be creating new feeds, it’ll only refresh your current feed. Does the issue only happen when the feed goes through a refresh?
Also, you can go to Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions and prematurely run the product feed refresh to confirm your issue.
We have no other reports of this as well nor we can replicate such behavior. If you can replicate it via force refresh then run a basic debug to confirm that it isn’t a plugin/theme conflict.
Hi @flowerman1 ,
Please go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical error logs. Other than that, have you tried cancelling the refresh and refreshing it again?
Also, at times duplicating or creating a new feed from scratch fixes this and run a basic debug to check for any plugin/theme conflict.
Send in your debug log as well: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi @keemski ,
That shouldn’t be happening, I suspect it’s a plugin or theme conflict of sort. Run a basic debug to check for any plugin/theme conflicts.
Having said that, try using the rules and filter and exclude the ghost product ids from being added to the feed
Hi @sooskriszta ,
Can you please try running the feed again with only Woocommerce, Storefront theme and Product Feed Pro running? I suspect it’s a conflict of sort.
Hi @bauwb ,
Can you please pass on your debug log so I can see how the feeds are set up: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Also, you mentioned that the issue only happens when the feeds are automatically refresh. As a test, please go to Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions and look for the Product Feed schedules.
Run them and see if you are able to replicate the issue.
Hi @seopie ,
Can you please confirm that on the newer version, if you manually run a refresh are the items correct? And I noticed that you have some rules and filters, does this issue also happen when there are no rules or filters?
Also, can you please confirm what happens when you manually refresh the feed? @s1lviu
Hi @s1lviu ,
Can you please pass on your debug log so we can understand how your feeds are set up: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Also, can you please provide more information on your issue? You mentioned ghost feeds/empty feeds? Can you please send a screenshot so we can have a better idea on whats going on?
