Hi @juanantonio ,
Yes, that would need our elite/paid feature. I can’t talk about it further due to WordPress TOS but you can look here for more information: https://adtribes.io/polylang-support-product-feeds/
Hi @aborneo ,
I’m thinking that it might be due to caching(plugin or server side), please temporarily disable them and see if that helps. Also you mentioned that it has rules and filter.
When you duplicate the feed again, can you try removing them and see if that helps. Also check for any critical errors in Woocommerce > Status > Logs
Hi @agent21 ,
Our plugin will add all the products unless you have set some rules/filters that makes it so or if you don’t tick the add variations option on the feed settings.
Also, if the product is custom type then it might not be added due to it being not being compatible/integrated yet.
HI @mattcnc ,
Looking at your rules, you are using the contains rules it seems that you are making it empty?
You are checking if the product contains word X and if true then you set the product name to empty. Perhaps you were looking for find and replace?https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/creating-find-replace-rules/
Hi @ldubya ,
Ensure that you have the feed set to daily refresh, once you confirm this. Manually refresh the feed and it should show on the scheduled actions. If it doesn’t work, try creating a new feed:
Hi @aborneo ,
That would require the product manipulation feature but this is only available on our Elite/Premium plugin. Learn more about it here: https://adtribes.io/feature-product-data-manipulation/
Note that I’m unable to further discuss it as it’s against Forum TOS to talk about paid features.
Hi @toniooooo ,
Looking at your rules and filter, I noticed that you have a categories rules and filter for include/exclude only. We had a bug on this, can you update to the latest version and see if that works?
As for downgrading, you can upload the previous .zip plugin versions on our plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
Scroll down on the link above and you can select the version you wish to download.
Hi @roadlink ,
Thanks for that information where the saved changes for refresh isn’t showing on the main page. When you edit the feed does it show the appropriate refresh interval?
I can replicate this behavior but the settings are being saved, this is a visual bug: https://ibb.co/35jgbrZm
On the scheduled actions, it’s set to 12 hours so it’ll run twice a day.Rest assured that your feeds will refresh fine. I’ll also raise this issue with our developers to get it sorted.
Hi @ldubya ,
It should be under adt_pfp_as_generate_product_feed https://imgbb.com/ , the arguments are the product feed ID.
Hi @agent21 ,
On your feed, you are missing quite a bit of data:
- Product ID
- Price
- Availability
- And item_group_id
Add those data and see if that helps with your issue: https://help.pinterest.com/en/business/article/before-you-get-started-with-catalogs
Hi @seopie ,
Thanks for confirming.
You might be facing to a past bug where the categories filter won’t work due to the naming convention. Can you please try out Product Feed Pro version 13.4.4.1 and see if that works?
Hi @roadlink ,
Can you try duplicating the feed and making the changes there and see if that saves the settings? Also go to Product Feed > Settings and run the Sync Product Feed option
Hi @toniooooo ,
