Hi @seopie ,
Reach out directly as it’s against WordPress TOS to provide emails/premium support here. support @ adtribes. io (no spaces)
I’ll mark this as solve and we’ll continue via email. Ensure that you link your wordpress support topic url.
Hi @seopie ,
There was a bug with automatic or scheduled refresh that was making the xml items less than usual. Update product feed pro to 13.4.5 and see if that fixes things.
If not please open up a new post as this post is quite old.
Hi @charlieve02 ,
You will be able to use the rules and filter to target the HTML elements and replacing it with the equivalent character.
As for bug fixing, I’ll raise up an enhancement request with our devs to ensure that HTML characters are not implemented for Pinterests feeds.
Will also mark this as solved, in the meantime use the find and replace rules.
It’s been a while since the last update. I’ll mark this as solve for now. Feel free to open another post if you face issues.
I’ll close this for now as it’s against WordPress TOS to provide elite support here. I’ve reach out to you via email. We’ll continue from there.
Hi @themewarrior ,
On the custom field, are you using something like ACF? If so then we don’t natively support custom fields. I suggest looking into other posts on this for creating custom codes
As for our elite plugin, we do have a way to create custom fields but do not that I can’t provider further information from here as it’s against WordPress TOSHi @frank530 ,
Yes we have that, just look for the SKU_ID mappable field: https://ibb.co/TDySW0vg

Hi @theeconomist-1 ,
Sorry about the experience thus far with our plugins. With the recent issues Scheduled refresh having missing products, this took a while to fix but with ongoing investigation our users reported that it’s been addressed.
Can you please try this version and see if the issues are fixed: https://limewire.com/d/GUXkY#K198cYKb07
An official fix for this will be released soon as well. Having said that, on the database look for the options table and the feed id itself.
Hi @jusol ,
That’s great news. I’ll relay this information to our devs and release an update to fix this soon.
Hi @crdunst ,
Thanks for that information. Our plugin don’t create these ghost feeds or have other users reporting of such issues.
It might be a conflict of sort that’s causing this. Maybe caching ( server or plugin), I would suggest setting up a staging site and run a basic debug to confirm this.
Also go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical errors and go to Product Feed Pro > Settings and click the Sync Product Feed Button

Hi @gorem ,
1- Use Google local products inventory template
2- It’s usually due to a missing attribute or the item doesn’t exist on your feed but it’s being referenced.
Here’s an article to get this sorted: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/14980864?hl=en
Hi @priyaseoitright ,
We currently do not have any integrations with dynamic pricing. There are request for this so I’ll add a +1 in favor of it being developed but we aren’t able to provide any ETAs.
I also have the Pixel Manager for WooCommerce plugin installed — could this be causing any conflict?
– This shouldn’t cause any conflicts but you can run a basic debug to confirm this. Though, do note that the dynamic pricing plugins in general will not work as there’s no integrations.
Hi @basler ,
As of now there’s no official support for ACF on this latest or previous versions. There are feature request for this so I’ll add a +1 in favor of it being developed.
For now, I suggest downgrading to the previous working version: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/
As for the other issues, it sounds like a conflict of sort. Run a basic debug and check for any critical errors in Woocommerce > Status > Logs
Hi @jusol ,
Can you please try this: https://limewire.com/d/SzZMG#R6Kj9q6C1a let me know how it goes.
Hi @jusol ,
As a test can you try disabling any caching or minification and see if that works? Also, can you try lowering the batch size even more? Our default batch size is 750.
I’ll also pass on your testing details to our developers as it might help. Thanks!
