Hi @schero86 ,
We currently do not support the video[0].url on the Facebook template. It’s also, currently not possible to add special characters for the custom fields/attribute.
I’ll raise a feature request with our developers but please keep in mind that we aren’t able to provide any ETAs when it’ll be released.
Hi @peppas ,
For the missing storecode, this is a bug. We have a hotfix for this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1v5egsK6aoqC5aOzL8WR9O_pf3enl3QPs/view
For the duplicated or empty feeds, please read here for a fix: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/how-to-stop-automatic-blank-feed-generation/
Hi @poseidonas ,
Can you please send in your debug log: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi @mindtakerminis ,
We had release an update this on the previous version where it addresses the issue with less products on automatic refresh.
Can you please try creating a new feed or duplicate the feed and see if the issues resolved? Also check for any error logs in Woocommerce> Status > Logs and check if the refresh failed in Woocommerce> Status > Scheduled Actions >> Pending Actions
Hi @ingarb ,
At the moment we only support the default WooCommerce shipping method. I’ll raise up an integration request for that specific plugin.
Please note that there is no ETA.
Hi @gorabd ,
Downgrading might affect your rules and filter. Try creating a new feed again and refresh/generate the product feed XML.
When refreshing please view the file via Incognito as you might be viewing a cached copy.
Hi @luisarreaza,
Can you please try re-installing or force updating the plugin? You can get the .zip file here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/
Other than that can you please try the following. Open the file in the Product FEed Pro plugin folder, includes\Classes\Google_Product_Taxonomy_Fetcher.php
Around line 28 update the following:
const GOOGLE_PRODUCT_TAXONOMY_FILE_URL = ADT_PFP_PLUGIN_URL . '/' . self::GOOGLE_PRODUCT_TAXONOMY_FILE_NAME;to
const GOOGLE_PRODUCT_TAXONOMY_FILE_URL = ADT_PFP_PLUGIN_URL . self::GOOGLE_PRODUCT_TAXONOMY_FILE_NAME;See if that helps.
Just to confirm, have you tried manually refreshing and viewing the XML file via incognito mode? Please confirm if the amount of products are correct.
Also, check for any rules or filter on the feed settings if there is try removing them and see if it fixes things. Also on GMC check for any errors mentioned by them on why the feed items are less or rejected
Hi @avagp ,
Please check for any critical errors in Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any errors. If there’s none please go to Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions >> Pending Actions and check why the feed refreshed failed.
Alternatively, you could try creating or duplicating the new feed and see if its fixed.
Hi @mattyking ,
A simple CSS customization should do the trick, add the code below to your theme in Appearance > Customize >> Additional CSS
.wc-block-components-product-price__regular, .original-computed-price{
text-decoration:none !important;
opacity:1 !important;
}Result: https://ibb.co/chCzMVjm
Hi @kathleen36 ,
We currently do not have that documentation.
But system price in most cases means it’ll fetch the price set on the Woocommerce products without considering other factors for the price.
In your case selecting the regular system price should do the trick. As for the exclude VAT or include VAT, this would depend entirely on how your tax settings are set up and if you want Tax to be included on your calculations
Hi @kathleen36 ,
Can you please try the system price mapping: https://ibb.co/gL6Dmr0b .
At times creating a new feed can fix the price mismatch.
Hi @ramzmedia ,
Yes this a bug, a fix will be available on the next update. Though we do have a hotfix for this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1v5egsK6aoqC5aOzL8WR9O_pf3enl3QPs/view
Ensure you have a backup before proceeding.
Hi @jpoyntz ,
At the moment, those values aren’t supported but I’ll raise them up as a feature request with our developers.
You could try manually changing or adding some settings on GMC dashboard. For more information it’s best to reach out to GMC support team: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FO5Lk5q-1wE
