Hey there!
If you submit a ticket to our support team, they’ll be able to look into it for you. 🙂
SumoMe loads asynchronously. All app loading happens after your DOM content has finished loading and your site is fully accessible to visitors.
You can find more info about SumoMe’s effect on load times here:
Hey there!
If you don’t have Yummly in your list of Share services, Share should no longer be checking Yummly. This means you’ll no longer see the timeout error if the Yummly service is unavailable.
Sorry about that!
Hey Abner!

If you run into that issue again in the future, try re-scraping your page with the Facebook debugger tool:
Write in to our support team (https://help.sumome.com) and include the following:
* The URL of a page on your current site where your previous share numbers are not reflected
* The URL this page had previously been usingAnd they’ll be able to assist. 🙂
Hey there!
You’ll want to create or modify your existing Open Graph meta tags to reflect the previous URL your content was located at.
SumoMe relies on your Open Graph tags to determine what is shared and what your share numbers are. If you don’t have Open Graph tags setup, it will use your actual page URL/Title.
For Twitter we support the following Twitter card tags in lieu of Open Graph tags:
* twitter:title
* twitter:image
* twitter:creator
* twitter:site
* twitter:urlCheck out our awesome FAQ that explains how SumoMe works and what it Shares:
* Share & Open Graph – https://help.sumome.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2287210
Please make sure you read up on Open Graph tags and make sure you use the Facebook Debugger if your Facebook share information is not up to date.
Hey Lehel!
The SumoMe WordPress plugin uses the wp_head action hook to determine where SumoMe will be installed on your site.
If you need more control, you can uninstall the plugin and manually place the SumoMe install code anywhere in your template files you need it to appear.
You can find your install code here: https://sumome.com/sites
Hey there!
It’s not possible to remove subscribers from your list. The CSV file is a cumulative list of all your subscribers since installing SumoMe.

Hey there!
SumoMe Share utilizes Open Graph tags to determine what your share numbers are across various social media platforms. If you’ve changed URLs you will need to implement Open Graph tags that refer to your original URL in order to regain those share numbers.
Hey there!
SumoMe does not currently have any embeddable opt-in forms that can be placed either in a widget or anywhere else on your page.
We do have Click Triggers that can be used to trigger a List Builder Popup, though.
