Hey @cicileo10!
Thanks for trying out SumoMe and providing feedback, we really appreciate it. 🙂
While A/B testing is a advanced Pro feature, the majority of functionality is available for free. Every single app we offer can be used for free as long as you’d like.
If we’re sending you emails you don’t want to see, you can disable all unwanted email categories through our email management page: http://sumome.com/account/email

Hey @hehehuhu!
Your share numbers are dependent on the following three things, in order of priority:
1. Open Graph og:url tag
2. Canonical URL
3. Actual URLIf you have Open Graph tags set up on your pages, and they shifted from http:// to https:// when you switched to https:// then the solution is to change the og:url to reflect the previous http:// URLs.
Here’s an article from our knowledgebase which covers Share and Open Graph:

Hey @raykaii!
I’ve added Sparkpost to our list of requested service integrations for you. No ETA, but we will consider it for future updates to our integrations.
In the meantime, check Zapier to see if they support Sparkpost in the way that you need it to (https://zapier.com/zapbook/). It looks like Sparkpost is supported, fortunately.
You can use Zapier as a “middleman” between SumoMe and Sparkpost. 🙂
Hey @kevinmorton!
That’s possible if the OAuth token expired and wasn’t automatically renewed (which it should be). We absolutely did not forcibly disconnect existing integrations.
If you (or anyone else) who had previously been connected to an integration service on a SiteID notice that it suddenly became disconnected you can write in to our support team and we’ll help get you set back up:
We love you and appreciate you using SumoMe.
Email services is one of the biggest expenses at SumoMe. We serve over 475,000 sites, all with their own ESP integrations. We’ve kept these integrations completely free for every single one of our users for the entirety of our existence.
In order to maintain a high level of service and continued improvements of SumoMe we made our email integrations a Pro feature.
If you are already connected to a service it will not be affected. As well, you have 100% access to your emails and can grab them from the ‘Download CSV’ button on the general tab in each Email App (List Builder, Welcome Mat, Scroll Box, and Smart Bar).
We personally realize this may not be ideal but we want to stick around and continue to make SumoMe amazing for you and this change will help allow us to do that.

Hey folks!
Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the SumoMe plugin in your WP Admin. Would you mind submitting a ticket to our support team so we can deal with you guys individually?
The symptoms sound similar but may be different issues, so want to make sure we get your issues resolved.
Hey varun!
Integrations were updated and made a Pro feature back in June. This was done in order for us to keep updating existing services and adding new integrations.
Any existing connections were not affected, but new ones require a Pro account.
You can still access your subscriber list by downloading a CSV file, which you can then import into Mailchimp or any other service you’re using.
Hey dercncplaner!
Appreciate the feedback. 🙂
SumoMe definitely shouldn’t be doing that. Do you have a link to your website where we can take a look into the issue? Happy to help in any way we can.
For the quickest direct assistance you can also contact our support team (https://help.sumome.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).
@amreshkramar you can disable the login badge! Here’s a guide we have that covers how to do that:
