Hey there!
Automatic ESP integrations are a Pro feature within SumoMe. You can always manually download a CSV file of your subscriber list and import it into Mailchimp as a Free user as well. ๐

Hey guys!
1.15 had some styling conflicts with WP-Admin which should be resolved in 1.16. Could you check it out and let us know if there are any remaining issues?
Our SumoMe WordPress plugin is fully compatible with the latest WordPress version, but we have not yet updated the compatibility list to reflect this. You can safely use it without any worries about compatibility issues. ๐

Hey there!
SumoMe does not integrate with the Newsletter Plugin, but that’s something we can look into adding in a future update.
Thanks for the feedback!
Recently the GoDaddy name servers hosting our DNS stopped responding to many parts of the world. In response, weโve moved the DNS off GoDaddy to another server.
Unfortunately this can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate around the world. Most people are able to access https://sumome.com but some may not until their local DNS cache is cleared.
SumoMe is not offline and is still functionally as normal to most visitors. If SumoMe is not working on your site it is because your DNS isnโt updated yet. Fortunately, most of your visitors can still see and interact with SumoMe on your site. Itโs just not showing specifically to you at the moment.
A faster way to resolve the DNS is by switching your computer’s DNS servers to Googleโs Public DNS following these instructions: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using
In some cases, it may also be cached locally on your device. This can usually be resolved by simply rebooting your laptop or phone.

Hey there!
SumoMe is not an actual plugin. We are a SaaS. The reason why you see so few detailed updates is because we do not maintain an actual plugin changelog as we do not actually modify a plugin. We simply update the install compatibility because you’re installing a SaaS. We are a layer that is installed OVER your website. We are not an actual integrated plugin that injects itself within your WordPress install.
The difference:
Plugins are injected INTO your WordPress site and become a part of your actual website code.
SumoMe is a SaaS and the only thing injected is a single script line that then installs us OVER your WordPress website and is not part of your actual website code.
Every instance of SumoMe’s code that appears in your HTML source is not actually hard coded and in your source and is 100% removed if you ever remote the script install or SumoMe plugin itself.
We’re working to make the changelog and WordPress information more comprehensive and to show more of the changes we do on a development level. Changes and updates to SumoMe are pushed live and daily over our network and not through an actual plugin. We hope to include more significant changes between versions on the WordPress side, but its very common that sometimes no changes occurred and we’re simply updating the version compatibility.
If you ever have any issues with SumoMe, I’d highly encourage you to submit a ticket through our official help portal:

Hey there!
When we implemented those sharing services originally, the actual number of shares were either not accessible, or had problematic implementations that would not let us easily pull the numbers.
We’ll take a look and see if it’ll be possible to include those share numbers in a future update to the app.
Thanks for the feedback!
