    Hi @acquamarina ,

Thank you for the great suggestions!

We’ve added both of these features in version 2.5.1, and we released that update yesterday.
Please update to the latest version to start using them.

Thank you for your patience, and feel free to share any more ideas or feedback — we’re always happy to improve!

    Hi @acquamarina ,

Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! We’re really happy to hear that the plugin is helping speed up your workflow—especially since you’re working with one-of-a-kind products. Feedback like yours truly motivates us!

And thank you for the feature suggestions — both are excellent ideas:

    ✅ Blocked words (e.g., “elevate”)
We agree this would make the generation process smoother, and we’ll add this to our development list.

    ✅ “Luxury” tone option
Great suggestion! We’ll explore adding this as a preset tone so you won’t need to prompt it manually.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share this, and we’ll keep you updated as we roll out improvements.

Thanks again for your support! 💛

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out! Currently, neither the free version nor the Pro version of our plugin supports the WCFM Multivendor plugin. At the moment, our plugin is designed to work only with WooCommerce.

That said, we can certainly make it compatible with WCFM Multivendor by adding some customizations. If you’d like us to proceed, we can provide you with an estimate of the hours required to develop this feature.

Please let us know your preference, or feel free to contact us directly at support@storepro.io.

    Hi @paperswitch ,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We’re glad to hear that it’s working well on the main cart page. However, regarding the issue with the promotional product not updating when editing the main product’s quantity in the mini cart, we have identified that our current plugin has some compatibility issues with block themes.

Our team is actively working on improving compatibility with block themes, and we will check this issue as part of that effort. Once we have an update, we’ll let you know.

    Thanks for your patience!

    Hi @omanhene ,

Thank you for showing interest in our Pro version of the SOS plugin.

Could you please send us an email at support@storepro.io? We’d love to discuss your requirements and share more details about the Pro version we are launching.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi @omanhene

Thank you for your kind words and for reaching out! We appreciate your interest in the SOS plugin for WooCommerce and your thoughtful questions.

Regarding your query about creating a sales order instead of a sales receipt in SOS Inventory—yes, this is possible. Currently, the plugin is designed to automatically generate sales receipts when an order is placed in WooCommerce. However, we have worked with customers who needed flexibility in order handling, such as creating a sales order instead of a sales receipt based on the payment method or other conditions.

The free version of the plugin only supports sales receipt creation in SOS Inventory. However, if you need to create both sales orders and sales receipts, we have a pro version of the plugin that supports this functionality. We have already implemented this solution for other customers based on their current payment system.

If you’re interested in the pro version, please let us know. We can provide you with pricing details and the timeline for development. Since the integration depends on your specific payment method, we will need to make adjustments in the plugin code accordingly.

As for our development goals, the SOS plugin is actively evolving. While currently used by a growing number of users, our focus remains on building a robust and reliable API connector between SOS Inventory and WooCommerce. The core functionality is free to use, while customization options are available for businesses requiring tailored solutions.

If you have specific needs or workflows you’d like to integrate, we’d love to discuss how we can support you further. Let us know how we can help!

    Hi @fabiengrosieux

Following our internal communication, we were able to replicate the issue and identified that the error was caused by problems with two subscriptions, 15052 and 15054. It appears these subscriptions may not have been created properly on your site.

When attempting to access subscription 15052 by editing it, the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin generated a fatal error. This issue with the subscriptions subsequently caused our plugin to trigger a fatal error on your site. Since this problem is specific to the subscriptions on your site, it explains why the same issue hasn’t been reported by other users and why we were unable to replicate it on our end.

To address the fatal error caused by these improperly created subscriptions, we have adjusted our plugin code. After thorough testing, we have confirmed that the fatal error is no longer being generated.

We have released a new version of the plugin, Version 1.3.4, which includes this fix.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could share your experience by leaving a review:

    Hi @fabiengrosieux ,

I am sorry to hear that you are still facing the issue. However, I have tried the same methods you mentioned on my test site, and the error you reported could not be replicated from our side.

I received your email at support@storepro.io, and I will communicate with you internally to address this further.

    Thank you!

    Hi @fabiengrosieux ,

I am following up on the issue you mentioned regarding the Subscription Renewal Reminders for WooCommerce error. Upon review, I noticed that my team member Jafar provided an earlier update in which he made a mistake. He mentioned that there was no WooCommerce Subscriptions or Subscription Renewal Reminders plugin active on your site.

This mistake likely occurred because the status logs you provided were in French, and he may have searched for the plugin names in English within those logs, which led to the oversight. I apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have tested the plugin with the latest versions of WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin, and the mentioned error is not appearing on our side.

Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue? If so, it would be helpful if you could provide us with access to your staging site so we can troubleshoot the issue directly.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to resolving this for you.

    Hi @gvenk ,

Thank you for notifying us about this. We appreciate the detailed feedback regarding the performance impact caused by the plugin when dealing with a large number of subscriptions.

We will review the sprr_active_subscription_list() method and examine how the wcs_get_subscriptions() function is being utilized. Our goal will be to identify if there are any performance bottlenecks and explore optimizations, such as limiting the subscription checks to the relevant user only, as suggested.

We will keep you updated on our progress and any potential improvements to ensure better performance on sites with a large number of subscriptions.

    Thanks

    Hi @jdahlbom ,

Currently, our plugin does not support the requested feature. As we discussed via chat, we need to achieve this requirement by customizing the plugin, which falls under our custom development services. As per our chat discussion, once you confirm, we can create a custom plugin for you based on your requirements. Therefore, I am marking this support thread as resolved now.

Please let me know if you need further assistance or if there are any additional questions or concerns.

    Thanks

    HI @thomasltn ,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with email delivery.

We have tested the plugin on our test site and found no issues with email sending. Please check if your website’s Cron jobs are enabled. You can test this by using the WP Crontrol plugin.

We recommend deactivating the Subscriptions Renewal Reminders plugin and then activating it again (Note: There’s no need to delete the plugin). After reactivation, please check if the renewal_reminders cron is showing on the cron schedule table [ https://prnt.sc/yC_fUASHIi6H ]. If the renewal_reminders cron is showing, then emails should be sent from your website.

Please let us know the results of your testing!

    Thanks,

    Hi @nazelig4,

1- Yes, you don’t need the WP Crontrol plugin. That plugin is only necessary to verify whether cron jobs are working on the website. It allows you to view all cron events along with their arguments, recurrence, callback functions, and when they are next due. So you can remove the WP Crontrol plugin from your websites.

2- Yes, manual sync only needs to be done once. If there are any issues with subscription renewal emails not being sent, you can try syncing subscription data manually. Normally, once we perform a manual sync, any new subscriptions will automatically sync the data in the database when the subscription is created or any changes occur in the subscriptions.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could share this experience on https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/subscriptions-renewal-reminders/reviews/#new-post.

Seeing glowing reviews from existing customers makes others more comfortable knowing they’ll get the support they need should an issue with our services arise.

    Thank you!
