We have investigated the issue further and we could not replicate the issue. The email notification is successfully sent to the recipients.
Please try to enable any email login plugins(eg: WP Mail Logging, Email Log ) and check the logs if the notification is sending or not.
If you are still facing the issue, We recommended deactivating the Subscriptions Renewal Reminders plugin and activating it again(*Note: No need to delete the plugin)
Also please check subscriptions Next payment date and Notification send date are set as correct.

We have Optimized our plugin code on the latest version of plugin 1.0.4. Now the plugin will not use endless resources. If you are facing any issues please let us know.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having slowness on the site.
If possible, please run a conflict test by deactivating all plugins except for woocommerce , woocommerce subscriptions, and renewal reminder plugins. Consider switching the theme as well.
Furthermore, make sure the plugins are in the latest version.

It is. The WooCommerce Subscriptions Renewal Reminders allows you to send your subscribers a Renewal notifications by Emails x days before their subscription ends.
In the plugin settings, you can specify how many days before you want to send the reminder email to the subscriber.
