Hi @b3mad
I have the same problem.
If i go there:
WordPress / WooCommerce menu item / Settings / Payments / Click [Manage] button to the right of Stripe – Credit Card (Stripe) option.I understand that but could you please create a separate support thread so we can have a look further separately?
You can open a ticket directly with us at WooCommerce.com as well as I mentioned before!
Hi @codewhiz
I installed and activated the StoreFront theme by Automattic.
I disabled all of the plugins except for WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Stripe Payment GatewayThat’s really odd!
One note… When I work with the site, simple clicking any item in the store, generates an error shown at the top of the screen.
You can duplicate this by going to https://www.almabq.com/product/coyote-mist/
Here is the error
Deprecated: wc_stripe_hide_payment_request_on_product_page is deprecated since version 5.5.0 with no alternative available. Please configure Payment Request Button locations through the Stripe plugin settings. in /home/customer/www/almabq.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5596
Thanks for sharing additional information on this case!
Due to the nature of this problem where we might want to check your site backend directly, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Pixel not workingHi @schablon
I hope you’re well, thanks for reporting your issue with the plugin!
Also an image from inside the plugin: https://prnt.sc/26a27vn
There is no information about the connection.
I can’t see the screenshot, it seems that I need to login to see it.
Could you please re-upload it via https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply?
In addition to that, to resolve the above problem, please try the following steps:
– Change your WordPress site language to English under WP Admin > Settings > General
– Change your WooCommerce store currency to USD under WooCommerce > Settings > General
I hope that helps!
Let me know how it goes!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Impossible de relier mon fb à woocommerceHi @dylannba
Perfect it works! thank you would it be possible to delete the report from my woocommerce database just above since it is readable? Thanks for everything again
Glad that it worked for you!
I believe that you want to delete your site system status report that you shared earlier above, is that correct?
Look forward to your confirmation!

I see that you got this error below:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/Gu8lyzThat means you haven’t selected a database.
Please select your WordPress site database first.
I’ve created a small screencast how you can select your site database, then run the query on the SQL tab:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/3n5ZBqOnce, the above steps are completed, please reactivate Facebook for WooCommerce and then go back to Marketing > Facebook, and click Get Started.
I hope that helps!

Thanks for sharing the system status report.
I see that you’re really admin for that page. Also, you said it’s working with Facebook for WordPress, but not with Facebook for WooCommerce.
I think what we can do next is to remove the previous connection attempt data, then re-try the connection process.
Remove FB for WooCommerce from Database
First of all, disable Facebook for WooCommerce on WP Admin > Plugins.
What we want to do next is to completely remove the Facebook for WooCommerce data stored in your WordPress database.
– Install WP phpMyAdmin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-phpmyadmin-extension/
– Deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce
– Please navigate to WP Admin > WP-phpMyAdmin, and click Enter phpMyAdmin:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/Swuxch– Once you’re on the phpMyAdmin page, click on the SQL tab and paste the code below into the white box, lastly please click Go:
Link to image: https://d.pr/3iYHSwHere’s the code you can use: https://gist.githubusercontent.com/solstudioim/7c2ff4dbfd96f0894b3944358369b674/raw/5dae221e5dc87d05b22ff9da7bf7d18ab76b3444/gistfile1.txt
Clear WooCommerce transient data
Please navigate to this section to do that: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right)
Once, the above steps are completed, please reactivate Facebook for WooCommerce and then go back to Marketing > Facebook, and click Get Started.
I hope that helps!

Hi @luxmediq
I have added the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin to my site and configured everything according to the documentation (incl. GA setup). It looks like no events are firing and I receive an Error in GA that no Ecommerce Data is flowing.
That’s really odd!
Are you using the old Google Analytics (UA) or the new Google Analytics (GA4)?
Additionally, I’d love to see your plugin setting screenshot.
Here’s my sample screenshot:

Hi @joyryde
Thanks a lot for sharing your findings, these are all helpful so that we can improve our plugin.
It appears that there are 4 issues that you mentioned here related to Google Listing & Ads.
Due to the level detail of the issues, and possibly these require escalation, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Impossible de relier mon fb à woocommerceHi @dylannba
I have just proceeded to your steps, I am an admin everywhere. Nothing changes it still does not work.
That’s really odd!
Can you please send me two screenshots from the following sections?
(Please note you need to be logged in as Dylan Buge)
1) Go to this Business Settings > People on your Facebook.
Make sure you click on your name Dylan Buge, then take the screenshot of the page.
Here’s the example screenshot that I am looking for (where all the pages assigned to the selected people are shown on the right):
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/QTHCVH2) Click on the Barbe Authentique Facebook page name:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/4uhVPxPlease take the screenshot of the page with the page detail is expanded, you can click on the arrow menu to open the detail (I am expecting that your profile has Full Control access for the page).
We recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.
Look forward to your reply.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Version 3.0.1 Causing PHP ErrorsHi @amnesia1801
I see that you’re having PHP errors and unable to access /wp-admin/ after updating WooCommerce Admin to 3.0.1.
I would strongly suggest that you use WooCommerce Admin that’s bundled with WooCommerce 6.0, which is WooCommerce Admin 2.9.4. This version is well-tested and working fine.
I believe that there is no need to do a manual update for WooCommerce Admin, as you can use the one bundled with WooCommerce.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Add to cart problem(Need urgent help)Hi @zia4285
In order to help you effectively, please share your WooCommerce System status report as previously requested by my colleague.
You can find it via WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in the reply.
Secondly, you can temporarily disable Facebook pixel generated from Facebook for WooCommerce and use an alternative plugin that manages your Facebook pixel like Facebook for WordPress by Facebook.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook sync products stoppedHi @despin
As you showed I see the delete button on one product, but I have to delete thousands of products and I want to see the delete button like in this screenshot that you already send to me so I can delete 20 or more products in one click.
Link: https://d.pr/i/NMOusgI am not sure why your Facebook catalog doesn’t show a delete button at the top while my catalog does.
I completely understand that you want to bulk edit, but looking at the fact that you don’t have the delete button at the top, I’d think the alternative solution would be that you’d delete the catalog and create a new catalog through the Facebook for WooCommerce connection wizard.
I hope that helps!
