In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Purchase Event not FiringHi @ryanhoi1234
But still, no purchase event has been fired.
Can you please deactivate other plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce, and do a test order?
Check the pixel event using Facebook Pixel Helper Chrome addon, if the Purchase event is fired after the checkout is completed and redirected to the thank you page.
I hope that helps!
Let me know how it goes!
Glad that Divi team confirmed that’s a bug.
They suggest to go back to the woocommerce_checkout shortcode instead of the Divi woocommerce modules for the checkout page.
I think that’s the feasible temporary solution for now then.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Pixel and ad account information not visibleYou’re welcome!
I am glad that it worked!
I’ll go ahead close this thread for now.
Feel free to open a new thread if you have any other questions at all!
Have a lovely weekend ahead 🙂
Hi there,
What about the matching quality?
Does it look normal?I don’t see anything wrong with it. If you’re not running paid ads, just using this plugin to show your products on your Facebook page, nothing is to worry about it.
Also, the “view category” event has been removed?
It is not firing anymore on our Shop Page.My store is working fine with ViewCategory event being fired:
Link to image: https://d.pr/NK0x4eCan you please use Facebook Pixel Helper chrome addon and go to your category page and see if the event is fired?
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Pixel and ad account information not visibleHi there @bugun
Thanks for your question!
I installed the plugin the other day and then disconnected for some reason.
When I reconnect, the pixel and ad account information do not appear! How can I fix?
There is a known bug for sites with the Turkish language for example that would lose connection information after successfully connected to Facebook previously.
To resolve the above problem, please complete the following steps:
1. Change your WordPress site language to English under WP Admin > Settings > General
2. Change your WooCommerce store currency to USD under WooCommerce > Settings > General
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Purchase Event not FiringHi @ryanhoi1234
Also, just to add, two Add to Cart and two Initiate Checkout has been fired for each event. I have checked the pixel code and all the source is WooCommerce
I think that could be related to the initial report of the purchase event doesn’t fire.
I was able to spot the two Add To Cart events that were fired:
On the right, the same product with content_id -> wc_post_id_113 was fired correctly.
While on the left, the same product with content_id -> 113 wasn’t fired correctly.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/eRrV1YMost likely this behavior is caused by duplicated products in your Facebook catalog.
I see that you have only three products on your WooCommerce store, so that’s easy to spot duplicates on your Facebook catalog.
Please try to go your Facebook catalog and search for this product: VITALITY MEDITATIONS COURSE
And please delete the one that has content_id as
113.From the above screenshot I shared, the product with content_id
113didn’t fire correctly. You need to be aware as well that virtual products like courses might not work properly: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#why-are-my-products-not-displayed-on-my-shop-after-installing-the-plugin
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] New product postsHi @morleyd
Thanks for sharing the screenshot!
The way you would solve this is, on your Facebook account, to go to your Business Page Settings > Page Updates > click on Edit > and turn off post notifications so that they don’t automatically update every change.
This should resolve your feed issue.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] default variation and language problemHi @muhammed782
Regarding the default variation problem. I tried to replicate the same problem:
– I created a variable product and select the default selection: https://d.pr/i/aCUKRw
(please note these are attributes that will be pre-selected on the WooCommerce shop front end)
– I clicked on the FB ID: https://www.facebook.com/commerce/products/4800183793360976/
– It looks like the selected default variation is selected on Facebook
– I clicked to see the product on my store, the default variation was pre-selected: https://d.pr/i/jG9hePIt seems that the problem is specific to your store.
Can you please create a sample simple variable product and publish it? Let’s see if the problem is consistent or not.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] New product postsHi @morleyd
Thanks for your question!
When a new product is added to facebook catalog via the plugin, a new facebook “post” is immediatly done to say to the page audience that a new product as been added to the shop. Is it possible to deactivate this post, and how ?
I checked our documentation and didn’t find any reference on that notification when an item is added to your Facebook catalog.
I’d like to check further the detail, can you please take the screenshot how the notification looks like on your Facebook page?
If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

Hi @fotske
Facebook ID: 3592391064208874
ID des variantes :
24715: 3564691906977670
24712: 5169846779699973However, when I click on “3592391064208874”, it opens this page (https://www.facebook.com/3592391064208874) which does not have anything but I think that this URL is strange. It looks like something is missing in the URL, isnt’it?
The URL is fine, but since it’s empty, it’s a sign the there is an issue with the sync.
However, when I check in my Facebook catalogue, the product is there.
That’s interesting!
Can you please click the product detail on your Facebook catalog and share the link in your reply?
Is it the same product with the Facebook ID (3592391064208874) that you mentioned before? You can find it when you edit the product on the backend.
Here’s the example of my product detail on Facebook catalog:

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Test mode does not appear – StripeActually, the cache setting is deactivated already. But I deactivated the plugin just to test, and the problem is still there.
That’s really odd!
Can you please try the following?
– Try to test on incognito mode browser
– Try to clear server-level caching, object caching, etcI hope that helps!

Hi @fotske
Thanks for your question!
I modified the “Brand” for a WooCommerce product into the Facebook for WooCommerce advanced options (“Show advanced options” into the product details – Facebook), I updated the product and I got the following error:
Facebook for WooCommerce error :
Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘3592391064208874’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-apiI see that you modified the following field:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/3p5ui0What does “Unsupported post request” mean?
This usually means that your product no longer has a corresponding product on your Facebook catalog, or the link between your product on WooCommerce and on Facebook catalog has been broken due to various reasons, generally, it’s a synchronization issue.
Do you see any detail within Facebook Product Sync section?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/wxB03bIf you do, please click on it and see if the product link loads fine.
Else, you’d want to test to create a new product with complete details and see if Facebook metadata is generated within the same section.
I hope that helps!

Hi @joyryde
Yes, we did, and all they did was summarize all of the flaws with the plugin, and fix none of them.
I found a ticket was created as mentioned previously the ticket ID is 4556034.
One of the reported problems before was resolved due to caching issue. And our team member also did send another reply giving some suggestions regarding the other problem, but there was no further reply from your end, so the ticket was auto-closed – if you reply to it, it will re-open though.
This was for a different problem.
While for these new 4 problems that you mentioned recently, we haven’t seen any related ticket.
We’re committed to investigating these further.
Please do create a ticket as I suggested earlier, so we can help you better and in a timely manner.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Can’t select catalogHi @agrolsy
As far as I am aware Facebook for WooCommerce isn’t working well when WordPress site language is set to another language than English and the store currency set to other than USD or other supported currencies.
I see from your WooCommerce status report, your language and store currency is set to Swedish.
Could you please try switching the language of the site to English and change the store currency to USD, then try the connection onboarding? You may want to try to create a new catalog too during the connection onboarding.
I hope that helps!

Hi @wordsergi
You see in Stripe log the following:
Stripe Payment Request live mode requires SSL.That’s really odd!
Can you please take the screenshot of this section: WP Admin > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Settings > Account details?
I’d like to see if everything is green there. Here’s my example:
