    Hi, The plug-in worked perfect for a long time. It did sync Some products and Some not for a couple of weeks, and now it doesn’t sync products. There is no error message. I have not upgraded to Woocommerce 6.0

    Second question is that it never deletes old products in the Facebook catalogue. Can I multiple select and delete old products in business manager?

    If the products in your store should be syncing but aren’t, I’d recommend trying to disconnect and re-connect the Facebook integration plugin, as described in this doc.

    Second question is that it never deletes old products in the Facebook catalogue. Can I multiple select and delete old products in business manager?

    You can remove products from your Catalog manually, by logging into the Catalog Manager page here.

    Could the problem be because I have not updated to Woocommerce 6.0?
    I think I got a warning about this?

    I am a bit afraid of doing the uninstall and reconnect to my facebooks shop.

    1) Does it delete the 7k products and 19k variants?

    2) in my Woocommerce store there are 2.8k products with … variants
    -> so there are 4.2k products which I no longer have who are still in Facebook
    I can only delete 1 item at a time?

    When I reconnect do the link on instagram and Facebook posts still work?

    I think that could be related or not I am not sure.

    Have you changed anything like your Facebook account password and do you have 2FA enabled for your account? This sometimes triggers connection issues.

    is this the number of products in your Facebook catalog? No this won’t delete the products synced previously.

    Yes, you can delete one at a time on your Facebook catalog or bulk delete. Here’s how to bulk delete products from your Facebook catalog:

    Possibly will be affected I think.

    You can try the following steps so we can gather more information why sync doesn’t work anymore:

    1 – Enable debug log here at the bottom: WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook for WooCommerce

    2 – Then do a manual sync your products: WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook for WooCommerce > Products sync, then click Sync products

    Then please grab the latest Facebook for WooCommerce log from here (select a log that has “Facebook” word in its title): WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button

    Log after sync: I could view it, but no download so i copy/paste in a rtf file

    Thanks for confirming that you didn’t change anything related to 2FA on your Facebook account. I’d suggest you check it and please enable 2FA on your Facebook account, if you haven’t done so.

    I can select multiple products, but the delete and Archive buttons aren’t visible > it only shows … selected —-> solution?

    Could you please provide us with a screencast so that we can see what you are describing?

    Lastly, I checked the log file, I didn’t see anything obvious that could tell why sync didn’t work.

    Yesterday I checked and everything worked!!! I think it can take some time to implement.

    I did see that some items with All caps title were not online > fix name

    What can I do to see delete button?

    I checked your screenshot.

    Can you click on the arrow button and see if there is any delete menu option when that’s expanded?

    As far as I am aware you can scroll down the page with your mouse, then more products are shown.

    I am not sure why your Facebook catalog doesn’t show a delete button at the top while my catalog does.

    I completely understand that you want to bulk edit, but looking at the fact that you don’t have the delete button at the top, I’d think the alternative solution would be that you’d delete the catalog and create a new catalog through the Facebook for WooCommerce connection wizard.
