  • Hi @despin

First I wish you a happy new year!

    You too!

Yesterday I checked and everything worked!!! I think it can take some time to implement.

I am happy for you so now your products are synced?

What can I do to see delete button?

    I checked your screenshot.

Can you click on the arrow button and see if there is any delete menu option when that’s expanded?

Can I sort products to select 1000 oldest products?

As far as I am aware you can scroll down the page with your mouse, then more products are shown.

    I hope that helps!

If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to let us know!

    Hi @despin

Thanks for confirming that you didn’t change anything related to 2FA on your Facebook account. I’d suggest you check it and please enable 2FA on your Facebook account, if you haven’t done so.

I can select multiple products, but the delete and Archive buttons aren’t visible > it only shows … selected —-> solution?

Could you please provide us with a screencast so that we can see what you are describing?

If you don’t have screen recording software, please use one of the following online services:

    * http://www.screenr.com
    * http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/

Please remember to post the link to the video in your reply.

Lastly, I checked the log file, I didn’t see anything obvious that could tell why sync didn’t work.

    Next steps

Can you please go through the common product sync causes here?

Also worth checking the other possible common cause here.

    I hope that helps!

If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to let us know!

    Hi there @gretablue

    You said:

The new ones are showing up on my Facebook shop, but so are the deleted ones.

I would suggest that you delete the old products on the Facebook catalog.

You can bulk delete those products:

    Hi @despin

Could the problem be because I have not updated to Woocommerce 6.0?
I think I got a warning about this?

I think that could be related or not I am not sure.

Have you changed anything like your Facebook account password and do you have 2FA enabled for your account? This sometimes triggers connection issues.

Does it delete the 7k products and 19k variants?

is this the number of products in your Facebook catalog? No this won’t delete the products synced previously.

in my Woocommerce store there are 2.8k products with … variants
-> so there are 4.2k products which I no longer have who are still in Facebook
I can only delete 1 item at a time?

Yes, you can delete one at a time on your Facebook catalog or bulk delete. Here’s how to bulk delete products from your Facebook catalog:

Possibly will be affected I think.

You can try the following steps so we can gather more information why sync doesn’t work anymore:

1 – Enable debug log here at the bottom: WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook for WooCommerce

    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/O6zYmM

2 – Then do a manual sync your products: WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook for WooCommerce > Products sync, then click Sync products

Then please grab the latest Facebook for WooCommerce log from here (select a log that has “Facebook” word in its title): WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button

    I hope that helps!

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi @lizalake

I had seen this solution in my searches and indeed took those steps. I see now that the integration tab for Facebook will not show as all purchases will come through my website. I have contacted the customer but they have not responded, hopefully they will see the message soon and get a refund. Thank you again!

    You’re very much welcome!

Fingers crossed! I hope this will be resolved as soon as your customer sees the message.

I’ll go ahead close this thread for now 🙂

    @hnscharles

    We’ve received your ticket!

We’ll reply on the next step in the ticket.

So I’m going to mark this as resolved for now.

    Hi @refataitta

I reached out to Google and they sent the instructions on how to do this task. It is supposed to be a simple task, so is it possible that you provide me with a step by step guide on how to do it? I would appreciate it.

Here is the response I got from Google:

`The code needs to be modified on the “thank-you” page of the website. The link for reference > https://aiething.co.uk/checkout/order-received/12866/?key=wc_order_HymeJrGtWbf3v

The event tag added on the codes for passing the values to Google Analytics Ecommerce data should not include the shipping cost.

I understand that you’re looking for a guide on how to customize the checkout page code so that the data is sent to Google Analytics without the shipping cost.

Modifying a default functionality of the plugin is considered as a code customization work.

A customization work like this would be beyond the support that we offer. For assistance with customization or development with your site, we recommend reaching out to someone on our customizations page.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    Hi @nadeembuilds

I am facing the same exact issue on my website, it takes around 15 seconds to load, everything that @mattbpro said is true, we really need your help to figure this out.

    Thanks for your question!

I strongly suggest that you create a new forum post so we can response separately 🙂

I went ahead testing on my own test site with WooCommerce and Stripe plugin only, the result was I got 6 seconds.

That said, we can’t replicate the problem.

This can be due to your server configuration, so I’d like to reiterate what my colleague previously suggested.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    Hi @schero86

Deleted whole catalog from facebook and created a new one.
Imported products are now ok, hopefully they will update on stock changes in woocommerce.

I am happy that you found a workaround.

I’m going to mark this as resolved.

If you have other issues, feel free to contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Hi @palovk

Is it able to solve or I must the names of the files have to change?

I am not sure as I don’t have much experience working with the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-media-replace/

To help you better, Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in the reply?

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi @schero86

I don’t think it is theme related, all oder codes from functions.php are working.
Anyway, the problem is with product syncing.
Some products that are out of stock in woocommerce appear as in stock in facebook catalog.

    Thanks for adding that!

Have you tried deleting those products directly on Facebook catalog and resync manually from your WooCommerce store?

    Hi @tanner96

`“Regular Checkout Button Settings” is not an option for me, yes I am on the most recent plugin version

I have the following in the “Checkout” section: https://ibb.co/K2RkvLZ

With this configuration: https://ibb.co/dKq7K8B, “Finance with Paypal” is hidden from the Checkout Page completely.`

    Ah, I see.

It seems that this is not possible. Is there anyway to provide this as a suggestion. It would be very powerful to use Paypal as a Financing Option ONLY

You can submit your suggestion here.

But likely our developers might not work on those feature request/enhancement because the plugin support will cease by 1 March 2022 – you can read WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway.

That’s why we recommended you to switch to WooCommerce PayPal Payments instead.

    Hi @mrwordpressuk

But this issue persists when i installed it last week. Are you not going to resolve this and instead make me jump through a hoop?

We haven’t seen any ticket created from your end.

We’re happy to help if you’re having issues with sub accounts, we can help remove them.

You just need to create a free WordPress.com account, feel free to skip any upsell recommendation during that process, that account will be used to login to WooCommerce.com, where you can create a ticket directly with us, there is no full-fledged website created required to login and create a ticket with us.

I’d appreciate you take the step we recommend above, so we can help you there. This is because the troubleshooting process would require sharing information that’s not suitable to be shared here in the public space like your Google merchant account related information.

    Hi there,

I checked your SSR, and saw your currency:

    Currency: MYR (RM)

It can be that the currency is not supported. If your WooCommerce default currency is not on this list, some folks have had success temporarily changing their currency to a supported one (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) to connect and then changing it back afterward.

However, this isn’t an officially recommended workaround so we can’t guarantee that it will work.

    I hope that helps!

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi @tanner96

Thank you for the prompt reply, however that is not what I am referencing.

Please select “Finance with Paypal”, and you will see the following:

    View post on imgur.com

However, I ONLY want the “Pay Later” button to be available

    Thanks for your confirmation!

As far as I am aware the disable funding sources option can’t be used to hide the checkout button, as it’s just for disabling funding sources for the pay later payment option not to hide or show the checkout button.

So visually the checkout button may still appear on the checkout page.

I found this on the setting of PayPal checkout, perhaps you want to uncheck it and see if that hides the checkout button:

If that doesn’t work, I am afraid there is no other option to achieve your goal.

    I hope that helps!
