    Hi @cybertraderonline

IntegrationError: Please call Stripe() with your publishable key. You used an empty string.

This is the error I’m getting. Please let me know whats wrong.

It seems that you haven’t configured Stripe webhook / API keys correctly.

Please go through the following guide to resolve it: https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-3

    I hope that helps!

    Hi there @svr101

I understand your question and thanks for reporting this to us!

I tried to GET to retrieve the list of countries via EU endpoint and I got name as the currency name, my result is here, not full name of the country as mentioned in the documentation: https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/?shell#list-all-continents

I’ve pinged our developers to confirm if that’s expected or we need to update the documentation.

    Hi @artkarolina

Yes, I’ve reconnected it several times to see if that fixes it. I also tested it in Event Manager that it’s registering test add to carts and checkout page activity.

    That’s really strange!

I am not sure what else we can try to resolve the problem.

But as a workaround, you can try disable the pixel generated by Facebook for WooCommerce by following the instruction here.

Then you can use an alternative plugin such as Facebook for WordPress to manage Facebook pixel.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi there @elenaupton09

Thanks a lot for your honest review!

please stay away from this company
They ask you to ship the goods in full and keep the money within 90 days

I am confused by that actually.

What goods do you mean? We provide WooCommerce Payments as a free plugin.

Then they will notify the review and take your legal money
I tried all means to contact but no success
if you don’t want to lose money stay away from them

Again not sure what you mean here.

    We’re easily contactable as well.

We’re here to help you if you have any problem with our plugins, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

We will be able to help you further there.

    Hi @trapbarn

`You are convincing nobody. The huge number of complaints in the last7 days indicate that your last update 1.6.2. does not solve any of the issues.

You are deluding yourselves. Why not stop this stupidity over so-called “enhancements” such as PayPal Credit. Stop caving into PayPal and keep the old PayPal Checkout software.

Paypal will be toast eventually because of this sh*t plugin`

Thanks a lot for your valuable feedback!

In that case, if you’re hesitant to try WooCommerce PayPal Payments, feel free to continue working with the original developer of PayPal Express Checkout Payment Gateway for WooCommerce ( Basic ): by WebToffee – 1.6.4 here to resolve the issue.

    Hi @fhgfhf

I hope you’re well, thanks for question!

Fatal error Uncaught Error: Undefined class constant ‘ACTIVE_TASK_TRANSIENT’ in /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-admin/src/Features/OnboardingTasks/TaskLists.php:119

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @leforumdulocal

Well, it would be nice if the customers could manage they’re cards directly in the “checkout page”

    Unfortunately, that’s not possible.

It would be great to have you add your ideas to the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.

    Hi @grayzen

Hi, no still didn’t work . I think i will download another plugin …

I am sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you and you decide to use another plugin.

Let me know if you want to keep troubleshooting with our plugin, we’re happy to help!

    Hi there @leonchien

    That’s really odd!

So the last step threw you the error: Something went wrong when connecting to facebook!

Can you please try completing the following steps?

Next Steps: Remove FB for WooCommerce from Database

What we want to do next is to completely remove the Facebook for WooCommerce data stored in your WordPress database.

    – First of all, please backup your database [Important]

    – Deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce

    – Please navigate to your phpMyAdmin page, you might want to ask your host if you’re not sure, and then navigate to the SQL section and paste the code below into the white box, lastly please click Go:

    https://d.pr/3iYHSw
    Link to image: https://d.pr/3iYHSw

Click for the code to paste.

Sidenote: Sometimes some WordPress database has a unique table prefix, the most common prefix is wp, so the table will start like wp_options, but if your database has a different prefix, please ensure to adjust accordingly the above code.

Once, the above data removal is completed, please reactivate Facebook for WooCommerce and then go back to Marketing > Facebook, and click Get Started.

    I hope that helps!

    That’s really odd @djstevencr

    Hi @hampalm1

I just tried that address with my domain and the search engine recognised it as a fake address, so it didnt bring up my website ?

I am not sure what you mean. I certainly believe this has nothing to do with search engines.

My colleague’s suggestion to untick that option is that so bots can not directly use the URL to register for spammy accounts.

However that box is ticked. Should I still untick it

It’s better that you keep it ticked, so no bots will be able to use the direct link for account registration.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @ipapar

Thanks for your honest feedback for WooCommerce Blocks!

Your input is very valuable to improve our plugin.

Not customizable. Product tiles are looking complete diffrent to the normal category and product pages. Not useable.

I am curious on what customization you want to achieve. Feel free to submit your question directly on our support page.

    Hi @handmadehome

I’ve finally figured it out! The only thing which helps it is go to Edit Product page on WP Admin and click “Delete Products on Facebook” in Facebook Product Sync tab manually. Then they disappear from FB catalog.

Glad that you managed to figured it out 🙂

The weirdest thing, that catalog contained Products wich actually were Drafts. But FB didn’t care and counted them as availble

That’s really strange! We had some issues related to WooCommerce draft products getting synced, but they should be resolved in the later versions of the plugin.

So, I had to publish these products first. Because “Delete Products on Facebook” option enabled for published products only. Then I was able to delete them.

I think that’s the way to go then.

Let me know if you have any other questions at all!

    Hi @grayzen

    Thanks for your reply!

No it didn’t work a reinstalled it and reinstalled it again and followed the steps but still ending with this : Admin Permission Required
You don’t have permission to edit these settings. Reach out to the admin of ‘Mega Hot Deal LTD’ to gain access.

but mega hot deal ltd is my old business account not the new

If that’s the case, indeed the problem is in the permission to use that Facebook page.

There are two things you can do here:

    1. If your new Business manager is still under your same Facebook profile that owns the old Business Manager, go to the On the new Business Manager, click on the pages tab, and add the Facebook page you want to use to connect with Facebook for WooCommerce—-type in the name of the Facebook page you want to add. Below is the screenshot:

    Link to image: https://d.pr/Zj5bNc

    2. If your new Business manager is under a different Facebook profile. Then you need to login to that Facebook profile, and navigate to the same URL. But this time you need to select Request access to a Page.

Once that’s requested, log back to the another Facebook profile with the old Business manager and approve the request there.

If the above two options don’t work, you can create a new Facebook page on the new Business Manager, by going to the same URL, but at this time you Create a New Page. That page should be able to choose during Facebook for WooCommerce connection flow.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @justmigrating

    Thanks for your question!

I’m setting up a membership site for a client. Memberships are virtual products. Membership should be granted immediately after payment, but if customer uses Stripe, then payment is considered “processing” and not “completed” and membership is not granted.

By default, Virtual + Downloadable product orders move to Completed automatically.

If you have a virtual product only, and you want to enable status change automatically upon successful purchase via Stripe, you’d want to try this custom code: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/

Please do note that the instructions there, are developer-level. If you do not have access to a developer, or for assistance with customization or development with your site, we recommend reaching out to someone on our Customizations Page.

    I hope that helps!
