    Hi @thewebsmiths

    Thanks for your reply.

I can confirm that all those settings have been checked already and are all as they should be. For good measure I’ve checked them all again now and they are still showing correctly but no transactions are showing.

    That’s odd!

As mentioned previously by @battouly could you please try to make a test purchase like on incognito browser window, and wait 24 hrs for that test purchase data to be shown on GA.

Secondly, also you can check on your GA account, usually when there is an issue, you can check on the notification icon on the top right corner, for example in my case I have two unopened notifications.

Usually Google would advise what to do if you have any tracking issue:

    Hi there @durianprincessco

    Thanks for your question!

After installing the plugin and activated the enhanced e-commerce tracking, the GA dashboard track twice each transaction.

I checked the screenshots, so there is only one transaction on your WooCommerce store on 28 August, correct?

If so yes, that seems to be a duplicated data captured in Google Analytics.

This kind of issue usually caused by the following:

    – You have GA implementation via Google Tag manager
    – You have another GA script manually embedded in the theme header for example or somewhere else
    – Or perhaps there is more than one plugin that does Google Analytics tracking

Can you please check as well the data of MYR 257.88 total order on Google Analytics for date 28 August?

    – See if you can trace back if that’s for the same IP address and also product

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @smelucci

    Thanks for your detailed reply.

I understand that you want to have FB/IG Checkout as that’s more seamless, I totally agree with you. That’s a nice user experience!

    You said before:

I would really like to be able to use “Checkout with FB or IG” (without the Shopify payment method checked) because the checkout flow on IG and FB shop is way more seamless than redirecting user to the product page of our website.

We previously @conschneider confirmed that you can check FB checkout with Shop Pay unchecked.

Now you tested already and it didn’t work.

So the issue at stake here is:
does this woocommerce integration allow to use “Checkout with FB or IG” or not? If not, why? Can it be fixed?

As far I am aware, currently the checkout on FB/IG isn’t working and there is no workaround to make it work.

I am fully aware that isn’t a good thing, indeed.

Unfortunately, to avoid any future Facebook orders not synced with WooCommerce, the solution is only to set the checkout to Checkout on Another Website:

    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/6wIfiN

We’re communicating with Facebook to improve this plugin.

At the moment, please choose the option to checkout on another website, that’s what we currently recommend, until the issue is resolved.

Thanks for your feedback and understanding!

    Hi @alemao2k6

I’d just like to share that I had to delete my main product set (the only one I am actually using in ads), because along the way it stopped updating when I add or remove products from the related woocommerce category; Especially when removing, the products still remained in the FB product set on Facebook business manager….

Deleting the product set on Facebook for Woocommerce plugin settings, and recreating it worked like a charm

Thanks for sharing that with our community! Surely that’s helpful for others!

If I have issues syncing again, I will open a new ticket, but I believe this was a glitch due to the API error reported here.

Yes, that is likely related perhaps.

Feel free to open a new support thread, if you have any other issues.

Have a wonderful rest of your day, and keep safe!

    Hi @erik-haagenstuff

    Thanks for your question!

I had the issue with the level 3 error in Stripe, but as noted in this thread….
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/level3-data/
….. Woo stopped sending the expanded Level 3 data.

I’m getting Level 3 data allowed for my Stripe account. How can I restore WooCommerce to send Level 3 again, as it has quit due to the initial failure.

    That’s really odd.

When you said Woo stopped sending the expanded Level 3 data, when the last time it was working, was it before you update the plugin for example or it stopped working all of sudden?

Could you please send the full detail of the log?

You might want to try resetting the API keys and see if that would help.

    I hope that helps!

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi @qwik3r

Thanks for sharing the system status report!

I see that you have the PayPal checkout developed by WooCommerce.

I’d like to mention a few things:

Previously we suggested that you try to check downloadable too, did you do that and test if the issue was gone?

Secondly, you have a lot of plugins, and this kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin, as we can’t replicate the issue on our test site:

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

You can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/, with it, doing troubleshooting in the backend won’t affect live users interacting with your site on the front end.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @duy1412

    Thanks for your question!

can you tell me how to use this filter ?

    woocommerce_shipstation_export_order_xml

In order for us to help you better, could you please advise what are you looking to achieve?

The filter as far as I am aware related to generating an XML file containing orders that will be fetched by ShipStation to import orders.

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi @rengoeptar

    Thanks for your reply!

I have copied the log to pastebin: https://pastebin.com/c38QY7Zk.
I ahd alreadu enabled the debug log. And you will see that I have performed the steps to integrate woocommerce with facebook again. And have synced the products again. I have not added any product after that.

I checked the log and couldn’t find anything helpful that’d explain why you don’t see the products on your Facebook page.

I have tried to sync products of one categorie. In commerce manager I can see that 2 items are added in the catalog. But none of the products are seen on the facebook page.

This is possibly caused by the status of your Commerce account/Facebook shop isn’t approved yet.

To see if your Commerce account/Facebook shop approved or not, please complete the following steps:

    • 1. Go to Marketing > Facebook, click Manage Connection
    • 2. You’ll be redirected to a page like below, and click on Commerce Account

      Link to image: https://d.pr/i/KaKIpn

    • 3. That will take you to another page, like the following screenshot, see the status at the top, if it’s approved, you can click on the manage channel button:

      Link to image: https://d.pr/i/z4RwUy

    • 4. If your Commerce account/Facebook shop is approved, there will be a Shop tab on your Facebook page:

    Hi @wudman

I’d feel the same if that happens to me 🙁

I had a pretty WooCommerce website. Thought it was time to make my Shop images smaller. So I used the Customizer > WooCommerce > Images to modify my product image sizes. Mature store, well managed, better than average specialized WP host.

When WooCommerce was done Autogenerating new thumbnails, my once uniform sized images now feature at least seven different dimensions. The minority of those images equal the size I input into the Customizer.

I see that you didn’t take a backup first before doing it.

I’d suggest to check your media folder and see if the original image files are changed.

If not, you can try backup the site files and db today, then move to a staging, and then try to revert to the original setting of the WooCommerce > Images section, and see if the images regenerated, if that works. Perhaps you’d do that as well in the live site.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @highrollerusa

    Thanks for your question!

I am familiar with your PayPal Payments plugin, and it works well for online ordering, but it makes no mention of Zettle or any other POS solution for taking payment in person. Do you have any other products that will do this?

I did a bit deeper research into Zettle thing internally, and it seems that PayPal Zettle will be out some time in the future on WooCommerce.com marketplace.

If you have an account on WooCommerce.com, possibly when it’s out, we will notify our newsletter subscribers.

    Hi @simlock

    Thanks for sharing further context.

Case 1: I import my file as it is. Everything works. It recognizes well that there are two attributes to import.

Case 2: In the CSV file, I change the name of the columns “Attribute X name” and “Attribute X value(s)” to a random name. WooCommerce does not recognize them anymore and sets them to “Do not import”.
I force the “Map to field” to “Attribute Name” and “Attribute value(s)” and import.
WooCommerce failed to import my attributes.

The Case 1 works since it’s following the default CSV Column Name.

For Case 2, WooCommerce doesn’t recognize it as the column name isn’t the default formatting.

I force the “Map to field” to “Attribute Name” and “Attribute value(s)” and import WooCommerce failed to import my attributes

Basically, I’d suggest to follow the default formatting regarding the attribute column names.

I am not sure why you’d change the attribute naming to something custom. As
long as you can import attributes using Case 1.

Otherwise, you might want to try Case 2 with all plugins disabled except WooCommerce, and switching the theme to Storefront temporarily, and see if the import works.

The map field feature is to ensure that if there is some custom column header, we’ll be able to map those column header to corresponding correct field in WordPress.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @p051049

    Thanks for your question!

May I know is there any method to link woocommerce to the shopline system in shopfiy?

As far as I am aware Shopline and Shopify are different platforms. So I am bit confused either you want to link WooCommerce to Shopline or Shopify.

For Shopify > WooCommerce integration, you might want to check:

    Shopify Connector for WooCommerce

I am not sure if there is a free method to do the integration. So I’d leave for other members of the community to comment here.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @kds26

    Thanks for your question!

The item IDs that I see uploaded to my google merchant center is as example gla_1234. Is this normal?

Yep that’s normal. You can refer to our FAQs here: How can I tell which products in the Merchant Center have been added by Google Listings & Ads?

Also it doesn’t seem to be pulling though photos of all variable products and they are all listed as pending. Does it take time for these things to sync correctly?

First of all, can you please share the screenshot about the variation photos not shown? I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL your reply.

Secondly, they’re set as pending, that’s normal. Google will have to review the products first. If approved, the pending status will be gone.

    I hope that helps!

If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to let us know!

Thanks for sharing the screenshot, so that’s an option during the Facebook for WooCommerce onboarding setup process.

I don’t have any widespread report that allowing / checking that option will throw an error. So that’s strange and possibly specific to your account only.

Is now the plugin connected when you go to Marketing > Facebook?

I’ll check back in with you tomorrow with the other items.

That would do! We look forward to get the other items as requested before.
