    Hi there @durianprincessco

    Thanks for your question!

After installing the plugin and activated the enhanced e-commerce tracking, the GA dashboard track twice each transaction.

I checked the screenshots, so there is only one transaction on your WooCommerce store on 28 August, correct?

If so yes, that seems to be a duplicated data captured in Google Analytics.

This kind of issue usually caused by the following:

    – You have GA implementation via Google Tag manager
    – You have another GA script manually embedded in the theme header for example or somewhere else
    – Or perhaps there is more than one plugin that does Google Analytics tracking

Can you please check as well the data of MYR 257.88 total order on Google Analytics for date 28 August?

    – See if you can trace back if that’s for the same IP address and also product

    I hope that helps!

If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to let us know!

I’m using google site kit and Woocommerce Google Analytic. So do I have to disable the google site kit?

    Hi @durianprincessco

    Thanks for sharing more information!

I’m using google site kit and Woocommerce Google Analytic. So do I have to disable the google site kit?

It could be the reason I think.

To test if there is really a conflict between them or not you can do the following steps:

    – Temporarily disable Google Sitekit
    – Make a test purchase today, done on incognito browser window, you can use bank payment method for example, and complete the purchase status on the backend, etc
    – Wait 24 hours and see if the purchase data shown without duplication

    I hope that helps!

Let me know how it goes!

I’ve disconnected the snippet code from GOOGLE SITE KIT and made a test purchase. But GA still captured 2 transactions.

    Hi @durianprincessco,

But GA still captured 2 transactions.

Are you sure you don’t have any other plugins/code inserted via snippets for Google Analytics besides, WooCommerce Google Analytics and SiteKit?

That is really odd. Are you able to shore your site status report (WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Click – Get system report) with us. Please feel free to remove any confidential information you need to hide.

We would like to check your site out.

Look forward to your reply at your earliest.
